Cam had recently helped my wife & I to find not only the amount of money we needed to close our mortgage but with A-lender (TD) in such a last minute approach (we had just 2 weeks left to renewal). The pvt lender was going to charge 3.4% lenders-fee with an auto-renewal if we failed to payout the balance. I found his contact through google search and oh boy this guy had the realest personality. Straight up guy that keeps you informed every step of the way. I'm still stunned that we found a mortgage with such lender and BTW the interest rate is SUPER AWESOME :) (-1.3% prime rate). Thanks a lot bro and God bless! I know you could have pushed us towards a B-lender, especially with such tight window like most mortgage consultants do, but you didn't and I'm grateful you chose quality service over your commission (that goes a long way bro!). Will definitely be back in the next year or so when ready to sell and close a new one :)
