She is also honest with her advice/choices she would make but never forced you in a direction you're not comfortable with. I live in NYC and I already know I won't purchase more homes without her. Also, it's best to mention she was the only broker I spoke to that was hilarious, smart and called me or texted me back at all hours, anytime a question popped into my head which happened ALOT! Embarrassingly inept, serious lack of communication, and overall disappointing. We came to premium mortgage for a refinance of our first home. After several slip ups including using the wrong property address, name misspellings, incorrect mortgage type placed on disclosure packages, incorrect contact information, we finally decided to go with a different company after having this process dragged on for 3 months. After the initial disclosure, the communication was seriously lacking. We experienced weeks of unanswered phone calls and ignored voicemails. We gave this company several chances to redeem themselves and they failed in every way they could. I cannot emphasize enough this company should be avoided at all costs. I see many pleasant reviews, so it may be that we were paired with the worst of the worst of their agents. If you start to see the red flags pile up, run! You’re probably just wasting your time.
