I'm a big fan of Pay2Day in general and this location is as good if not better than any other. The store is always clean and I've never waited longer than 10 seconds to get service. Their staff are always very friendly, professional and efficient. Their re-loaning process is by far the best in the business thanks to their digital record-keeping and signature platform. After your first visit you never have to bring a pay stub or provide a bank account summary. Every payday loan company in Ontario should be looking to emulate their model.

Pay 2 Pay as you probably know is a company that does quick & easy payday loans, if you are running short on cash or have an unexpected bill that cant wait, you might be interested in borrowing some cash until your next pay. I was in that boat the other day and went to go borrow some money, I was greeted right away with a big smile. This big smile came from the gentleman who I then was introcuded to as George, he introduced himself to me as soon as I entered the establishment. He was well dressed, friendly & made sure that I felt welcome. After inquiring why I had stopped in, George assured me that he would be able to help me out with a payday loan. The process of getting the paperwork together was quick and easy, it took less than 20 minutes to get all the documents that were needed and to get cash in my hands. Then I was out the door. I have gone to other money loan places and they often seem like people are just numbers, but I did not feel that way at Pay2Pay, I was treated with respect and dignity, I wasn't rushed and the customer service was worthy of the 5 stars it's earned from me. It makes a big difference when customer service representatives are friendly and make conversation with the customers and don't just try to get the business then push them out the door to serve the next person. I will be going back and while i encourage people to be careful with payday loans, if you choose to get a loan, go to Pay2Pay! *side note: Pay2Pay also serves as an Amazon drop spot! Last year I was about to send money to a foreign receiver who I thought was a relative, the agent cautioned me about ongoing scans of people posing as friends and relatives, and the ttansaction was going to a city that was outside the norm. I looked further into the situation, it indeed was a scam. I am grateful that the agent showed care enough to caution me. She was not concerned about losing the fee. I heeded to her caution and did not send the money. Thankful customer.
