Started well and had a very good vibe with the services and customer approach. Lately have taken a nose dive in the negative stars. Very poorly managed payment processing solution when it comes to handling and transferring of funds from one financial institution to the next. Very poor in handling customer relations and obviously in the end, the customer gets screwed with the financial institution. Currently the way i have been labeled as a customer not in good standing with my bank due to them. Even though i had the money for my mortgage, their system decided not to process my payment not one but for three attempts on three different occasions. There are no checks and balances and the best part is that, they are not aware of this till your financial institutions calls upon you for the money and you in turn have to call them to ask them about it. The main person in charge either refuses to call you back, ignores you or is far too busy to reply to your emails, voicemails and calls.
