went in , the guy was so lazy he didn't even want to help me .I've also noticed that to some of the other comments you have excuses on to why you're the ones who are right instead of trying to do something to help that's not good costomer service change come from acnolaging there might be flaws in the way you do business .

Hello. Sent in all my info, sin, ID's bank account info, ect. They called me a few hours later saying they don't take CERB as income, or my other forums of income. The lady on the phone was really loud and rude and kept asking I want proof your working, well sending in my paystubs is proof....... While she had her voice raised, I just hung up the phone and applied elsewhere and got approved. Would not allow me to explain my work will be fully open on the 30th of this month And the reason for the loan was to toss it into my investments and double my money and then pay it back six days later. My income including CERB is 2500.00, and without CERB is 3144.00 from all sources. Hours were cut due to COVID. My advice, would be to work on customer service, not yell into the phone, and give guests and consumers time to explain. Thank you,

Brought documents they requested. Waste of time. Went to Money Mart instead. When businesses waste my time like that they get poor review.

Horrible people. The manager was very rude .Liked to interupte me and get aggressive. Plus the information they gave me was not complete so I went in and wasted my time. They got very defensful when I said the information they gave me ..so if you need help, the clyde location is most likely not your best option. I'm not using any store anymore considering they dont care about people that are mistreated .

Loans I had incurred during were still piling up, I was working almost 24/7 to repay them until I found Eazy Cash who gave me the cash to repay them and a sensible plan for the new low rate repayments...now that is called a real help.

The Lady behind the counter refused to help me because I had another loan. She was also rude and while helping me took a phone call for about 5 minutes and helped the customer before me. If you Don’t want to get approved go to this place 1 star

Filled out the online application which said it had same day approval, It has been two days since I submitted and I find it concerning that I sent person information as well as banking information and still not have heard back from them or even an acknowledgement that they are reviewing my application.

If there is an option to give below 1 rating, I will give negative .. not sure how people are giving 5 rating, this is stupid place to go for money. This is owned by f- Indian people,even if you are Indian please don't go.. They are very rude and don't know the process,let youfill everything and at the end say no..the person at Ithis location don't know anything, she calls other location for small things. Customer has to wait for hours.. highly highly do not recommend this place

Stay away from these people. I paid a loan there a long time ago and they reported me twice on my Transunion and Equifax Credit Reports, and showing for different amounts as well. These people are from another country (India), come here with blood money and make their money on Canadians with their Usuary interest rates that should be outlawed. I was in a temporary bind and fell victim to these thieves until I paid them off dearly. Very bad people. Shame.

I would advise everyone not to deal with them, and go to other places like money-mart or cash money. They are a bunch of amateurs, first of all the place is always empty because i often go to burger king next door and i always see an empty place. Their is a lady not very friendly nor attractive face and a indian ethnic guy who had a pretentious face as the customer service. I called over the phone and asked them all the requirement for payday loan and i even went to their misleading website. as i showed up i started getting all the documents out, the lady just tells me we dont need those just give me your bank statment. When i gave it to them, they just step aside and started looking at my bank statement like a criminal record documents. While that indian guy started gigling and both of them shake their stupid head. Then I just got pissed and told them "is their a problem?". They responded "i dont think we can", i just cut them talking and told them give me my documents, they got embarrassed and said well we dont do payday loans but we do car financing loans. They tell me this while i call them 40 minute prior and even consulted their misleading website who didn't had anything about car loans financing but was talking about payday loans. One of the emoployee must have been in his break and smoking, but he was standing right in front of the entrance, I should've call the city and report him but next time I will definietly. Finally i would advise again again not to do busniess with them. they look phony and not respectfull I hoope they go bankrupt so a taco bell can open in that space..
