How this buisness stays in buisness beats me. The kids that work there have an AWFUL attitude. They also don't seem to care if you take your buisness else where. These people get paid to sit around all day, chat, listen to music and to tell people off.

I have a bad experience with them, they promote that first cash advance is free upto $200, but in actual when I borrow and go to pay back , they charge $30 fee and tell me that they only give first advance free if you borrow more than 400. I borrowed from pay2day once same $200 for first time and they did not charge anything. Pay2day, cashmoney or money mart are better than them. They dont charge you for first loan upto $300.

Dont let the good reviews fool you! My husband and I had nothing but issues with this place. It all started with him trying to obtain a payday loan. We brought in everything he needed but when we arrived "Jessica" said that wasn't good enough so we had to drive an hour home to get more info and this is after we already called and asked what we needed a head of time! Then they wouldnt loan us what we needed because we are new customers.. My husband had issues with his phone because it was being repaired. It had minutes and she could call it but no apparently she had to physically see it..? Like what a joke! Says nothing online about needing your phone present. Then I tried to get a loan and i brought in everything and again called ahead to confirm and you know what response I get when we drove all the way there? She takes one look at my husband with me and says "do you and your husband share the same phone" I'm like "yes we do" she then hands me back my paperwork with a grin and says "we cant accept that phone number since your husband has it on his file with us so I can't help you" and we had the phone there since it was now fixed for her to see! I said thank you and left but scoffed at how unbelieveable all this was. After two days basically wasted for nothing! I highly recommend you go to Cash Money in Kingston. They are quick, super friendly and dont have all these weird hidden polices. Great that cash max worked for some but not us! Stay away!

I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. The two women that were on staff when I went were very judgmental and loud with it I could hear them talking about my banking account just because I didn't had money on the account for them to see, then one of them came over to me and ask me about another transaction that was on my bank account like if that was her business I had to ask her if it was her business. Why would I have money saving on my bank account and still go for a loan? Those two were unprofessional, judgmental and lack people skills they should not be working in a place like that further more this loan place needs to be close for the double standard they have when it comes to certain people (people that they think is not fit to do business with them). There are way better loan place like Cash Money, Cash 4 You and more that would give you a loan without being judgmental and basis.

OMG! my experience with this people is terrible. Actually hes just one guy. He thinks that he really knows it all. acting like hes not willing to help. Service wise? very poor. Youll probably be lucky going there but I wasnt and i got this treatment its like youre getting 10th but its only $300 they can give. If ever youre reading this, You are not gonna get that far in life with your attitude like that. you have to treat customer well. Totally useless kinda trait! dont come there!!!

They say ok...pay on this date...to which we both signed (wouldn't let me actually read the documents just signed on a little electronic thing) . Then, they take it out a day earlier than agreed on and then when I go back to re-loan they tell me because they took it out from my bank instead of me coming in to pay, that it needed 5 business days to clear even though I offered to show them my transactions. Their response was "we tried to call you...if we don't send it in a day early, it would be coming out the day after your pay" ...like okay but I was definitely coming into pay it on the date agreed on. Needless to say I won't be dealing with them again. Pay2day was much more helpful and like beyond friendly and treated me with respect and always let me know what the process is for everything.

Love this place the women that work here are so easy going and funny! If you go in with a positive attitude and are respectful they will treat you with respect and be caring. They have called to check up on me to make sure things are all right if I’m not in at my usual time. Always ask details of my life and always remember them! Would give them 100 stars if I could!! If you have a gmail account they kindly ask you for a review and I have no issue writing one either. And P.S when the other pay day companies wouldn’t relain to me because of holidays or whatever these guys always reloan no matter if your date fell on a holiday!!

horrible. Melinda (if you ever encounter her) is not an nice person. I was 2 days late but have stayed in contact and told them that I was coming in. while I was at my aunts funeral I told her I might not make it for 3:30pm like I said but im still coming in. she proceeded to tell me "you're lucky were open tomorrow because you're like .. 2 days late". as if I haven't been speaking with her the entire time (the 2 days). And I told her I wasn't the one driving so im going to try and make it on time. she took it upon herself to telling me that they are open tomorrow so I said okay im coming but if im not on time what time do you open. then she started getting at me and when I got emotional because im still at the grave sighting and she's being hostile she goes "omg are you really crying right now, like what are you getting emotional for". as if I didn't call her during the funeral to pick the time I was coming. she is not a nice person and I would not recommend this location to anyone. but then when I come in its "hi hun how are you" "do you want to re-loan" "have a good day". I WILL NEVER GO BACK
