Would give them zero stars if I could. Added $8,850.00 in "fees" then applied 29% interest. On a $30,000 loan. This puts them well over the criminal interest rate. Notified the company to resolve the issue. They didn't respond. Just illegally repo'd a vehicle. Even the cops agreed the rates charged are illegal. Will be seeing them in court very soon.

These people will not answer my emails and will not speak with me on the phone and will not answer my emails, they like to repo vehicles and make more money by not letting you pay off the loan.

Bullying, Lies, deliberate delays, unreturned email and phone calls. I took a $5000.00 loan against my owned, $30.000.00 car. Upon missing a payment, due to a prooven misdirected e-transfer through my Financial Institution, of $420.00 SnapCarCash saw fit to steal my car from my driveway, in the wee hours of the morning, while I slept, without warning. No phone call, no email and no legal documentation. Unaware...I called local police to report my car STOLEN. They requested my license plate number to run through their system and told my that it was repossessed. I was livid!!! In an attempt to have my car returned, I immediately called SnapCarCash. First discrepancy and $420???? Then the games began. Delay after delay....day after day...call after call...email after email. 10 days later... I had to pay $2483.14 and get a ride 1.50 hrs. away to get my car. When I arrived add this Impound Lot in the middle of nowhere.. my car battery was dead, my car was filthy and the rear passenger tire was flat. Actual document attached. 3 days ago...they took my car again!!! Yesterday...I got a registered letter threatening they are going to take my car in exchange for the money I owe them and sell it at auction. Alternatively, they want $8631.92. only if I drop off my car keys at a different location 2 hours away from me. My wallet and other personal belongings are still in the car. Again... All this for a $5,000 loan.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I've been a client for awhile and have gotten 2 loans the last couple years. They've save my butt when I had to cover some government tax stuff. I've never had any issues like this. Easiest thing like any other bill is to make your payments. dude, if you get repoed twice it obviously shows you don't pay your bills!

I was approved to get a loan, but after my car got the GPS tracker installed I noticed someone had scratched smiley faces on the underside of my bumper. (I happened to be in a position to see that). The company reassured me that it wasn't them, and convinced, I chalked it up to my recent visit to a popular company that does quick oil changes. However, after paying off my loan, and getting the GPS tracker removed from my car, my cars electrical system, for the locks, weren't working, and the interior clock and radio display would not respond. In addition, a triangular cut was made in the front lower bumper of my car, I assumed, by the mechanic who had removed the GPS tracker. To prove my case of damages, I had been reminded by the manager, at my arrival, that the removal of the tracker was supposed to take 1 hour, but surprisingly, it took less than half an hour this time. I believe they cut the tracker out to save time. I was the last customer of the day at 4:00pm and they close at 5:00pm. Anyone reading this, please weigh carefully the pros and cons of getting a loan on your car!!!!! I wish I had read reviews before considering a loan on my car with any company, but especially this one!!! Desperation does that to you. My advice - do your homework! In hindsight, I think my car was too high a price to pay!!!!
