Ferratum gave me a payday loan. The Loan was re payed within the time agreement. I received a call one month later from a third party collection agency saying that my loan hasn't been paid and I was expected to pay the full amount to them. I have tried to call and email Ferratum about the matter and have received no response. I would recommend to not use their service.

It is my pleasure to give such positive feedback. I didn't realize the impact I had. A few months back Another organization received 37 views of my positive review on their company. After being invited to review Ferratum I refelected the difference before after applying to this organization for a loan. I was abit Leary at first but I asked the right questions and initially it took me a while to understand the process is designed for computers and laptops and it's worth giving this company a chance to see what they could do. I feel much more appreciated after a single loan where my first payment is still a number of days away. I then figured out that Ferratum wanted me to have plenty of time to plan all my finances out so by giving the extra time before my payments started made this company an ideal choice. Granted others did approve me for more but they never invited me to do this let alone even recognize me so quickly. There are some that I have to really juggle around their system to get what I needed. That being said when I came here I found the practical element that enabled me to refine how I managed overall. There are some out there that actually build credit too so I want to give credit where credit is due. I have yet to see if this company does but it's doesn't matter from a practical sense as I got something then another company followed suit which allowed me to juggle. That being said I strongly suggest to borrow wisely. Let's just say had I known about Ferratum a few months ago I would be a little better off but sometimes life gets in the way and I was able to scrap an old car and get a reliable vehicle which enabled me to be sustainable. When looking at things from that perspective it's not always about having things report to the bureau. Sometimes it's all about managing practically. I ended up needing half my stash to cover the down payment of a 5 year friendship Anniversary that ran me $300 American. Since I learned where to explore my options I saved $50 but sheer knowledge in conversion alone. Ultimately all these things that made my challenging in the last 3 months before coming to Ferratum I realized that I can manage my way prosperity as I few things coming down the pipe that I was able to remain focused on. This proved that I was able to keep my eye on the prize and still manage my tricky situation that is improving alot faster because I learned to find practical solutions as things in my life get sorted out.

I applied and was approved on a Thursday but DID NOT receive the funds on the Friday as it was supposed to be deposited but rather on the following Monday which defeated the purpose of the loan. That caused a lot of undue stress and confusion. I wasn't sure if the company was legit and it now had all my info. The deposit was not made on the date it was posted to be deposited. :( Very unlikely to use in the future. Very dissatisfied I would't have given any stars but it made me check at least one. yes there was a holiday but the payment said it would be deposited on the Friday but never got into the account until the following week. My point is that it should have been deposited the day it said not the weekend after. i signed the agreement thinking it would be deposited on the date it stated but it never was which caused more stress, incurred interest in the payments it was to be used. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!! They did not follow through on their end of the agreement by stating a misleading date of deposit!

I applied for a loan. I had no nsfs, no previous loans. Ive been at same job for 3years and I make 2.2k a month. I lived at same address for 4 years. My bank information showed NO NSFS OR OTHER LOANS AND THEY DECLINED ME! When asked about why I was declined they said its based on a automated algorithm and they cant disclose information to me. So the only reason I can think of as to why I was declined was my credit rating. IF YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CLAIM YOU CAN APPLY WITH BAD CREDIT, THEY ARE LIARS. A BUNCH OF LIARS.

Had to change my review to 1 star. Ferratum will not properly credit your payments. I just settled the loan with their "Action Collections" after regular payments were taken from my account. No one got back to me from Ferratum after I sent my bank statements as proof, except Action Collections. DO NOT USE (and retain all your statements for 7 years)
