Andrew and Andrea at Cutting Edge Lending regained my faith in the broker channel! I initially went to a broker in the Cowichan Valley who said "she did not feel that we were a fit". It sounded more like a reality TV show, than a mortgage broker. I cannot emphasize how professional and responsive the "A" team were at Cutting Edge. I would highly recommend this brokerage and will be doing so! They cover the Island, so don't worry about location as they can make it happen!

I see nothing but positive reviews here so I don't know what the problem was for me. As a first time home buyer, this guy had 0 interest helping a young family. Trying to get ahold of him was like pulling teeth, I went to the next company and got a mortgage secured in 24 hours. This guy was a month of waiting and made me feel small in the market place.
