He worked above the limits to get our mortgage approval, because the houses we were looking need renovations and it was always a red flag for the banks. We’ve been trying to work with premiere mortgage since January. First we applied back in January for pre-approval and received an email stating they would be in touch with the next steps. 3 weeks later I had to contact myself, finally received a response when I mentioned be changed to a different mortgage broker. Had to adjust something then reached out again and pre-approval was sent off to lenders, had to reach out to get a response after 2 weeks of waiting.. told us it takes time and would contact us the beginning of the following week. We are now a month later and still haven’t heard back anything from our mortgage broker. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Very unimpressed with the service we received and a waste of a credit pull on our ends.
