Being a mortgage specialist we look for quick turn around times. Well MCAP is amazing. My underwriter (Gail Temple) is second to none. Documents too dealt with as soon as they are sent in. File complete in no time which is bonus for my customers. Following up with customers on how they feel after closings, have never had one complaint!! Another bonus.

Thank you for making every step of the process the most complicated thing ever. I'm actually amazed on how absolutely useless this company actually is. I would never ever consider dealing with MCRAP EVER again. They keep asking for paper work that baffles the lawyers and Realtors. Just when you think you're almost done dealing with their bs they ask for more forms. We were ready to close and sign for our new home and they didn't even have the money ready. Then they say on the day of CLOSING that they were missing paper work from our mortgage broker (which they are not) a d need to push back the process four more days. In the meantime, my spouse and I are living in a hotel out of our suitcases. If you ever hate someone so much and want them to suffer slowly, recommend them to use MCRAP. Dealing with MCRAP has been nothing less than excruciatingly painful. I'll never deal with these people again. I rather a monkey deal with my mortgage. I rather step on a Lego every morning for the rest of my life than deal with these people again.

MCAP is one of my top lender partners that I use regularly. Their service is second to none and turn around times top notch. Would highly recommend them as a lender. Their service is fantastic with great turn around times. Underwriter is very knowledgeable and efficient . I give them 10/10

Terrible, not professional at all, mixed up , too many going back and forth papers not knowing. Will never do business with them , they said they had the best rates , but to go thru so much not knowing , yes then no , then yes, then no , It’s not with it , just to save a 1 or a half% lower. Believe me stay away from the Re Max mortgage people who favour this company. Also they are hard to get a hold of.Also they won’t help you out with Covid by the way if you are off work due to Covid. Would you want to do business with them ? They will give you one month forgiveness of a missed payment related to Covid , but that’s all.
