He knows the local market here extremely well, and will help negotiate the best price if buying, and maximize your return if selling. Him and Mike have helped me buy and sell several times, including renewing and refinancing. Very knowledgeable, and makes either of these processes stress free. Check with your branch when it comes time to renew, but I highly recommend you give these guys a holler. You won't be disappointed.
