10/10 would not recommend honestly. My parents were trying to get a vehicle and in order for them to do that they needed my dad off my car loan as a co-signer. So they had these people call me about it. They “got me approved” for an suv, with my father co-signing again. Let alone my father did not authorize them to use his name on it. Little did I know, I got home later that day and my parents had told me that my father got “approved” as well but with me co-signing in which I did not authorize that either.

I had great help through Greg Sheppard, he was awesome! We were looking for a new car & we didn’t have the greatest of Credit & he was able to do wonders for us. The one thing I didn’t like that happened was we got a car that we didn’t know its AC wasn’t working until it was almost delivered to us. They were willing to pay for the fix for it, & we had contacted a Ford dealership (the car we got was a Ford Escape) & it took Ford 2.5 months & it still was never fixed. Not Greg’s or the Agencies fault, because the part needed is on back order with 52 people waiting for the same part. BUT. I have a small child & needed AC. & Greg was very helpful & attentive to get us exactly what we needed. Will definitely go back when we’re looking to replace our other car. Great customer service!

Bought a 2014 Chevrolet trax from them in August (8th to be exact) from the bedford nova scotia branch and when attempting to register my car i noticed they forgot to include original registration from newfoundland when I went to service nb to register vehicle (service nb said I needed it) so said dealership said they would resend registration as well as a new temporary registration which was a week away from expiring at that point. (which is my current temp registration that I have now that expired on October 11 ). After waiting 3 weeks and various calls to sales members and to the sales manager Ericka, she said she would call me back and would get the registration. so that was almost 2 weeks to today and now my registration is 5 days expired and cannot legally drive my car. Thinking of taking them to court if i do not receive my registration soon... update dealership finally sent me my registration on October 17 (6 days after it expired) overall im happy with the car but less than satisified with how they communicate with their customers also went to rotate my tires today and noticed rear rotors are pitted so I'm wondering how this thing managed to pass Mvi (as I'm a mechanic and I would not have passed it) but I'm not even gonna try to deal with them about this or the fact I referred a customer and never got the referal bonus I was promised when purchased vehicle

Edit : SUV was absolute junk . Had it not even 6 months and out 3000 into it working a year almost 7000 needless to say we sent it back . Warranty is garbage and they honor nothing .

Have had 2 cara from them? The first came with rocker panel rot and front, suspension problems and the heater went within 3 months. Which was in the middle of December. 3months of phone calls and arguing over where to rake the car to get it fixed, the year mark was up so we got a "upgrade' and the first car was never fixed. Second car was a bit newer but had front end suspension problems and low and behold the heater goes in the first 3 mths. Year later and the car is dead and is still not looked at and am told i pay 100% to fix it or the car sits and i pay for it anyway. The time spent being passed off and the ignorant rudeness of the people , WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE OR ASSOCIATES

My boyfriend and I decided to go through hayden auto to get a van for our family. We had an incident where the driver bringing our van down ripped off the fender of the van, and it caused a few issues. But they worked together and got us a newer van, better version, same price for the inconvenience. We now have the van and are very happy with it. Thankyou to ryan who did everything to make sure we were happy and got us into the newer van as fast as he could (literally he drove it to us). Had the most worst experience purchasing my first vehicle my partner and I we were told that the 2013 Ford Focus Titanium that we bought was an excellent condition and we drove it off the lot they changed the tires however when they did as it was wintertime they forgot to put on a few lug nuts and therefore screwed my wheel bearing and my control arm was busted there was so much wrong with this car it took 3 months for me just to get it drivable the guy who fixed my car at Ford during the test drive stopped got it up on a flatbed truck to bring it back that's how dangerous it was to Dr he had to get it on a flatbed truck to drive it back to his service station he said he can't believe the condition of the car that it was sold to me in I purchased the vehicle November 11 2016 and here it is going into August 2017 and I keep getting the runaround as to why I don't have my tires I was supposed to get 4 brand new tires winter and I ended up having the winter tires put on and my all seasons were stored there when I went back to get them nobody knew where they were at they told me Scotia Tire had them I called the manager at Scotia Tire who did all the inventory who cleared out the Scotia Tire next to these guys and he said there was not even a work order put in for Scotia Tire to put on four tires for a Ford Focus Titanium and she even said he certain that these guys are taking me for a ride when I contacted Matt she blocked me and is no longer responding to me when I go in to talk to John the owner she laughs and my face gets up and walks away so yes they're great if your vehicle is in good condition but when they sell you a lemon Lookout horrible horrible customer service I'm sending in vehicle complains to have all the files audited

My wife and I were in a truck loan and looking for a newer car. Greg Sheppard first reached out to me after putting some info in the website, and with a really great attitude, he right away found a car we really love, with payments that fit in our budget. Even when we had questions on a Sunday after it was signed, he helped us out over the phone with everything we needed. Once we sat down with their finance manager Patrick Nakaska, he was able to work out a trade for our truck and into our new car. He was very transparent with the numbers and made sure to go over everything before we signed. BUYER BEWARE I bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from Hayden Auto in June 2019. When I found it I called and talked to Phil who assured me the car was in excellent shape and I would not be disappointed. I talked to Ryan who deals with the financial side and between Phil and Ryan we worked out a price. The initial asking price was 23,999. This included delivery which I was told made up $500 of the initial price. I also wanted a trailer hitch installed so we agreed that they would have it installed and I could pay cash at their wholesale rate for the hitch and installation. We agreed on 22,900 over the phone with a sizeable downpayment and a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold it on their word that the vehicle was in great shape. We would also make the 4 hour drive each way to pick the car up. A couple of days before leaving I called down to verify that everything was ready to go. At this point I decided to confirm the numbers we had previously discussed. Ryan informed me that the price was now 22,999 as “the never deal in whole numbers, always 99's”. I was not impressed on principle, however, he was able to buy down a couple of items and in the end my payment ended up being roughly the same. The day we went down was a very rainy day and we got to the grungy looking dealership in Dartmouth and connected with Phil. We looked over the car quickly in the pouring rain and then took it out for a test drive. We were gone roughly 20 minutes and in which time the fuel light came on. No biggie, I thought. I'll just mention it and they should fill it before we drive home. Also, the driver's windshield wiper had the rubber flapping loose for about the bottom 6” of the wiper. This was a little odd as it had a fresh inspection from within the last day or so, suggesting their inspection process is very weak, if existent at all. When we got back to the dealership we went in and talked numbers again and signed the paperwork with Ryan. Phil went out and filled the tank upon my request, blaming the detailers who were supposed to do that. When he arrived back I asked about the wiper that, on a rainy day such as this was very obvious as it flapped right in front of your face. He had not replaced it so I asked to have it fixed and he obliged. We finished the paperwork and drove off. This is where things got interesting. We were not 100kms away from the dealership and the check engine light came on. The following day I contacted Phil after running the code and realizing it was likely just an O2 sensor. He said they would come good for it. I took it to a friend who is a mechanic and he verified the problem for free as to not incur any addition fees and then I informed Phil. Upon further discussion with Ryan I was informed they they would NOT be doing anything to correct the matter. I also noticed a significant scratch on the front bumper. I investigated further to find that someone previous to me had damaged the front end, broke clips on the front bumper and tore the inner wheel well up. Someone very recently had tired to cover this up with glue and staples that were already beginning to let go. I, again, called Phil and mentioned this. I admitted that it was my fault for not catching these things while I was there but that he assured me it was in great shape and so I put my $500 down. I offered to cover the damage 50/50 with them as I thought both parties were equally at fault. After all of this grief, and giving them ample time to come good as well as further conversation with Ryan and Phil I am told that none of this is their problem and that the O2 sensor was a Nissan issue, not their problem. They claim that they only made $100 off the deal so they can't afford to lose any money. When you look at the deal they only took $500 off. Nobody lists a car to only make $600 profit. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They will sell you something knowingly defective and will leave you high and dry. They pull dirty tricks like changing prices on you, leaving the tank empty hoping you won't call them on it. Liars and crooks.

If I honestly could give this company a -100 I would. Iknow we put them in a tough situation as to what we were putting on the table but assuring a customer that they are approved and have lenders willing to work with them etc and leading them on for a week straight them blocking your number so you can’t text or call the salesman to find out what’s going on cause you haven’t heard from them, to turn out that they aren’t able to help at all is completely unacceptable! I would not recommend this company. It’s not the fact that we didn’t get approved it’s the fact the the sales person said from the beginning they had lenders working willing to work with & we had a great approval in place where you should never tell one they are approved until you know for sure!

I would not recommend this dealership. I was looking for a new vehicle, I was new at this whole financing thing. They gave me a vehicle that never should of passed inspection. Long story short the Catalytic converter needed to be replaced a long with the heater that never worked and trying to make me pay for stuff just after not even a week or so of having it. I returned my vehicle, no way was I making payments on a brand new vehicle that should’ve had all that stuff fixed on it in the first place.

Worst Bunch too ever deal with. Car seats where so bad that my steam cleaner showed muddy water. Then the wipers were in 3 pieces. When I did go over. They did fixed the wipers. And gave me a credit on the winters tires. But then took it away. Because I wanted too take off the warranty that they put on there without ever asking. But found out the car still had lots of factory warranty left. So now they told me no deal on the tires. After I spend 4 hours cleaning my car that should have been cleaned right in the first place. Worst experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve bought 100’s of cars. Stay away.
