I not happy with there is no help from them when you are waiting and get your car! No help! You pay 250$ for "gas and plates included in the fees" will say anything to make the sale. No gas! You get nothing from them. Other then a car that you didn't ask for that don't work right! I would never recommend to get a vehicle from places like this!

BUYER BEWARE>>>>>>>>Sadly had to give at least one a star or this entry would not post.... these guys here gave us a horrrrriable experince and sold us a car with a faulty engine and knew of it upon sale..also lied about it being a limited eddition,,,,it was not,,,...I would not reccomnd them as they have lied about the vechile condition,kms, price and then when confronted they dont want to answer phone....vechile was delived at night in dark by owner and staff.... Very rude service .stay clear buyer beware...

Good morning. I would like to start out by you have a great salesman in Brad I did sales for many years before switching careers to working on the water and let me tell you this.. Hes to the point you can tell he isputting the work in during and after the sale. He was available before and after work to help work around my schedule where I'm in and out of service with my job. He didn't give up on the sale when I wasn't satisfied with the instrest rate it was out of my budget I set aside for a SXS. 5 days later of him not giving up he got the bike into my budget and intrest rate I was satisfied with. Have to give one star. There is no lower option. I submitted an online inquiry, got a phone call on Sunday evening basically being talked in circles. Told bad news after bad news. Basically that I’m not going to be able to finance a car that’s in my price range and get decent payments. Finally I was frustrated beyond. This lady then expects some kind of a decision from me on the spot. Then says she doesn’t know what I want. Well I don’t want a new car. But I don’t have a choice so I would like to get the best deal possible. I have great credit and I don’t want to be stuck in payments for 6-7 years. She had no understanding at all. So I said goodbye and hung up. This petty childish lady goes ahead and takes that as an invite to text me about how compassionate she has to be to take time out of her Sunday to call me. (You must be joking) you called me. So I told her if she continues contacting me that I will call the police. Thankfully I found a real dealership to help me find what I’m looking for. What a nightmare. I should have looked up the reviews. There’s a list a mile long of bad ones

I called in to see about getting a new to me car as mine had started knocking in the lower half of my engine. I filled out an app and specified I still owed money on my current car and what I could afford. I got contacted and had the process started plus was told I had an approval! Normally that would be great, however they messaged me through text the next day asking how much I owed (I already told them) and they almost seemed shocked about this. So I called in and was told I would receive a call around noon (they called my sales manager to get my pay info and to verify employment) and then nothing. Typically you get notified if you're not approved or they cannot help you. Instead I got the same treatment as a highschool couple and they decided to ghost me. This was three weeks ago. Good thing I called recar a dew days after they said they were going to call me. As recar was able to get me into a new vehicle well within my budget and in less then three days.

She took the time to find out what I was looking for, presented me with options even when I said I was just at the “looking stage”. Worst company I have ever dealt with, Waited 2 weeks for the van they sold me before they ever had it lied and didn't put it in my name almost 3 months still no registration for the van empty promises different info from everyone and to top it off won't pay for the plates and stickers included in the fees will say anything to make the sale .would not recommend
