The bank was hacked money was taken from my account I called customer service customer service told me it was my fault and that my bank card was being used by someone who knew my pin when I got home I found out that my bank card has not left my house and I was still being blamed for the fraud then I was told to go to the bank which was obviously close after 4 and told I would have to do with it there and I was receiving no help whatsoever so if not freak out and have a complete mental breakdown I still have received no help whatsoever and was told the fact that I have no way to get my money back whatsoever without having to go to the bank I can't get to the bank during work hours I'm not even around during the day either no way I can get there so anyway can get you a bank during the hours is to leave my job quit my job to lose money somehow afford to get to their eyes

They wouldn't let me access my own account. What use is having an account if you can't access it from other branches.

I wanted a answer from one of the gnomes that work in the back and i had to go through the people in front. Took me 4 walk-in to get a anawer. And answer the phone when people call.

Excellent customer service! Assistant Manager (Darian Graham) went way above and beyond when he helped me to access cash when I forgot my wallet at home and had only my phone with me. It saved me hours of travel and stress. It is good to know there are great people still around these days! The Credit Union is looking very appealing for my future banking needs.
