My spouse and I had a wonderful experience with Cyrus Habibi as the mortgage broker. Cyrus was able to get us a mortgage within a week during a pandemic. He replied promptly to emails and phone calls and offered honest advice about what we can expect in terms of rates and down payment. Cyrus communicated with the banks, real estate agent and lawyer on our behalf. We did not have to do anything beyond sending documents. We came to Cyrus after another mortgage broker had wasted two weeks and told us that we could never get a mortgage due to student loans. We were very despondent, but Cyrus' reassurance, knowledge and efficiency alleviated our worries and helped us buy the house. We would highly recommend Cyrus to others!

when I first stared looking at purchasing a home I decided to deal directly with my financial institution I currently bank with. The process was lengthy and it took a long time for them to get back to me. I was frustrated by the whole process - that’s where Cyrus came in. We were referred to him by our real estate agent and it was life changing. I met with Cyrus and within a few hours he was able to complete what I was waiting for a week from my FI. He was in constant contact with our agent and lawyer and made the whole mortgage process (which can be overwhelming to say the least) a very quick and painless process.
