I've always been iffy about dealerships, the horror story I went through with my first car, the stories of others. But I have to put my 2 cents in about this dealership. Never have I met someone as honest, straight forward, and professional as Jeff. He'll let you know right off the bat what you can and can't get, he won't even try to give you false hope of a possibility. He wants to see you get into something affordable that meets your lifestyle, without breaking your bank and living paycheck to paycheck. He likes to be as honest as he can with you, but worries he's sometimes too honest. But I have to say, it's earned my respect for him since the minute I walked in his door. A lot of people like to hear what they want to hear, without realizing the buyers remorse they're walking out of the door with a year down the road. And this is the one dealership you know you can go to, and be satisfied with your purchase for years to come.

I had a bit of a unique & difficult situation and none were really willing to put in the time and effort needed. Jeff took on the challenge. I am now driving a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport. Superior service! Meagan, a friend of my wife, contacted us a few months ago to let us know that Auto Loan Nova Scotia were expanding to include Newfoundland as well. Not satisfied with customer service especially the way some of the questions regarding car and a follow up check up with my mechanic were answered. Some comments were made about how i do not understand a Canadian way of buying a car, simply because i wanted my mechanic to look at the car before finalizing purchase.
