I had the pleasure in dealing with Armando Costa, he helped me get a loan that same day. I was searching around for a personal loan, came to Tribecca via Google search. I saw that Tribecca has been very good in reviews, so I said to myself why not go ahead and contact them for a loan. I did, filled out their application and a couple hours later received a call from Armando. Unfortunately the amount I requested could not be provided due to my credit score, but the amount they had offered was good enough. I'll be using that amount to pay off some credit card debt to help lower my credit utilization ratio and slowly increase my credit score. This whole process from application, to phone call, to information collected, amount offered, appointment to to sign the documents, to loan proceed all took just a span of a day. impressed with their service, and Armando explaining to me everything in detail of loan agreement before I signed. Well, Tribecca helped me become a truck driver and also helped me to get out from a Rent to Own deal and made me the owner of the house! No hidden fees no huge interest! Armando is the "Star": he is always there to follow through every single detail before YOU sign anything! Very patient and very helpful! Too bad that other private lenders from the West Canada are offering way better deals on private mortgages...like Alta West from Alberta. Close to 2 years ago I completed a Consumer Proposal and had a hard time getting approved for a loan or secured credit card even though I was doing all the right things and had no more debt. Worse place to get a loan from they don't report your payments to the credit bureau instead they put a public record on your credit bureau file (corresponding to the amount of money they gave you )not to mention you pay the fees for them to put that public record on your credit bureau (around $200 every $1000)I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Whoever says it is a good place to get a loan from is out of his mine or is working for them
