I got my original mortgage with Mike, and then a subsequent refinancing. He is quick, honest, gets great rates and makes sure you are in the right product for you (like a flexible mortgage you can change payments etc, or break at little cost). When my last 5 year term mortgage was completing, Mike actually told me my best option was to deal directly with the lender to get the best rate as I only needed a two year extension. That was simply in my best interest, and was essentially a lost deal for him. That is the integrity one wants when trusting someone with these major financial decisions.
