After dealing with focus for many years I can honestly say once my contract is complete I will be discontinuing my services. I have always had the opportunity to pay off my loan in advance and then reloan. Now apparently that is no longer the case. I can pay off my loan early for a discount but I can not reloan till the end of my contract. I have never heard of this. Once the contract is paid off the contract is no longer in play and you can start again. Not impressed
