I met April back in 2011 through a referral for my first mortgage. She was very friendly over the phone and was quite prompt in returning my emails. She took the time to answer my questions (my first home purchase) and didn't press me to make a snap decision, which I appreciated very much. Once I made the decision to go forward, she came over to review the documents in person and in detail. By this time I had seen a few of the options I had, and why she recommended one lender over another. She was also honest and up front about commission the commission arrangement. I have no problem in recommending her services to anyone who needs a mortgage or needs to renew one. Much more personable and attentive than my experiences with other brokers and banks.
