I first contacted Robert from NL mortgage brokers back in 2016 to inquire about a mortgage pre-approval. He looked over my credit report and gave me sound advice on how to improve my situation. That advice got me from a credit score in the 300’s to a credit score in the high 700’s. Since then, my boyfriend used Robert for the approval of his investment property, and we used Robert for the approval of our new home. We send anyone we know his way! I cannot say enough good things about Robert! He is a magician when it comes to finding the best mortgage with the best rate! Not to mention, he is down to earth, professional, and cares about his clients! I highly, highly recommend!
