Always go there first for any musical needs and mostly always find what I'm looking for. What can I say, it's the best around. They have the best warranty for your buck. Never has any trouble there and the buts are friendly. I was in just yesterday and Sean help me pick out some gear I needed and he knows his stuff. Took his time to explain what things were and how to use them. Any trouble just come back. And they mean that. I would recommend this store.

Have a decent selection. Prices are too high barely anything ever on special. Slow service. I take my guitar to be treated at O'Brien's same day setup and restring. Would go to O'Brien's only if the had as much stock.

Victor who works there is a top notch guy , and so was Rob who no longer works there , the other staff are not helpful or friendly at all ! They want you to buy and that’s it ! They are not accommodating for demoing gear and try to discourage you at all costs and are poorly equipped as they don’t have a space where you can demo guitars at conversational volume. Whisper volume only . I considered buying something , but opted out and bought it elsewhere , I was flooded with harassing phone calls by a certain horrible sales person, asking why I didn’t buy it . They are unprofessional and greedy , I would never recommend this place

The staff are very knowledgeable, they help me to use my home theater as my karaoke, they sold me a mic and a 5 channel compact mixer and they teach me how to connect it to my TV and home theater and that's it! i have a karaoke with unlimited songs!

They don't respect clients time , I just lost one 50 minutes in the store to collect my guitar,after approval from yesterday ,some one show up from the office and said their is more things required and iam running very late after 5 weeks wating for my guitar, Yesterday they ask me to clear my balance for new finincing so I did,I had downpayment since 5 weeks for new guitar as well, Yesterday I paid another downpayment to get my guitar today as we have very imoprtant event for my daughter,after I came in the store ,45 minutes wating to get my guitar the jentlman come down from the office and the pickup is pending.!!!!

What a store ! If you need an instrument ... Look no further . My 5 year old started her musical journey today . Sean helped us and he was great . He took the time, to give my kid an introduction to music . With many different instruments. He played the piano majestically and many others . Thank you Sean for taking the time today brother .
