The bank seems to have friendly staff. But the app is AWFUL. Its clunky, and my etransfers take FOREVER. I have never had an etransfer work in less than half an hour. Its also super cluttered and annoying to navigate. Calling them is even worse. I had to wait in a parking lot and sit on hold for 45min to speak with someone to unlock my card that they randomly decided to lock. So far I've been with them for a month and I've hated it. Awful for "everyday banking"

Nobody at the customer service desk to help you, a sign was up saying to see the tellers. After standing in line for 15 to 20 minutes to talk to a teller I was informed that there was nobody there to help me set up an account. I was asked to come back another day. This was my second attempt to set up an account at this branch, as I had phoned earlier in the week and was told everyone was booked up also. I really wonder how they keep any customers.Needless to say I won't be going back and I will be setting up an account at a bank where they value customers.

I have never spent longer than 5 minutes in line also once you begin your banking there you get 50 dollars for everyone that you send there that opens a new account and that person also gets 50 to 100 dollars depending on the type of account they open but make sure you ask for a card that you put your name on and the person you give it to brings it to their appointment
