Megan was great to work with! We had a few hurdles to getting financing: we were coming from another country, so our credit record couldn't be considered, and my husband's employment contract wouldn't start until after we needed to close on our home. But Megan was able to secure a home loan for us even with these obstacles. Everything had to be done online since we weren't in Canada yet, but she made sure everything was lined up and in place for us so we could buy a home we were in love with!
