Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a mortgage broker. Kevin was arrogant, largely uninterested in details, and was unable to secure a mortgage. It took him almost 2 weeks to do this. Went to RBC directly and had the mortgage approved in 24 hours. Sheesh. Would not recommend.
