Trying to book an appointment with service. It should not be this painful! They did do a thorough follow up with promises of reviewing within company to improve service. I did go for my service appointment 2 weeks later and the customer service was excellent. First of all, I like to make a point that I am going out of my way to write this review. I purchased a Truck from them and I was extremely pleased with their efforts and customer service. I dealt with sales man Wayne Pearce, I never knew that car sales person could be this nice and understanding. I have dealt with many in past, I had nothing but bad experience with them. Wayne never pushed me to buy the truck, nor made me feel I was wasting his time, he got me the best deal and made my money worth. He got me the best value for my trade-in and also gave me discount on the original price. Point to be noted, after I had made a deal and gave them a deposit, next day I asked Wayne to see if I can get upgraded tires on the truck I was buying from them, he especially went and talked to his manager behalf of me and he was able get my request granted without costing me a penny. Most dealer wont even spare a penny after deal is done, but Bourgeois Motors went beyond their limits for customer satisfaction. Wayne Pearce and Bourgeois Motors management deserves A+ for their efforts in customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for to purchase new or used vehicle. I had been shopping around for awhile , I was browsing Bourgeois ford web site. And saw a couple truck that caught my eye.. I called the dealership and started going over options with Aj.. he had answers to all my questions.. once I decided on the truck I wanted.. we talked pricing .. and I can say with out a doubt it was the easiest negotiation I have ever done.. ! Seller Review: Based on their website, they want to buy your cars. I filled in the vehicle details on 2 vehicles and received email showing a price range for the estimated value to a dealer. A salesman called me within 5 minutes asking for more details. l submitted the details and it was passed on to his manager. The email offers were 30% of the low end of the scale. So, if you want to "give" someone your car, these are the guys to see. Based on this, I would not do business here.

Ford Canada has recently corrected the damage to my credit report, which lasted for five months because of your mistake, and sent apology letters to other credit bureaus and me. You also called OPP on us for a false allegation of fraud. The OPP was extremely polite and understanding. After knowing all the facts and all the proper contractual procedures we went through, they protected my family from your action leading to physical harm. As a loyal Ford customer for years, the only reason that I spent time writing comments is to warn everyone who wants to deal with this company to be extremely careful because it only has profits in mind, not the customer’s interests. I have learnt that lesson which costs me five months of torture, and I have started legal action against this company. I hope anyone else will not suffer the same harm as I did.

Covid 19 messes things up. Wanted to get in there sooner before the maintenance package finished. But was turned away. Never was told it was possible to make an appointment to get the complete package oil change. So of course now I am out of pocket over $100 for the service. Would of been nice if the fellow would of mention it was appointment only when he said they were close and not doing regular service and only doing emergency service. not impressed this time round.:(added note, due to the covid 19, Bourgeois Motors honored package and gave me a refund. I like this place i think all my cars have been here at least one time each with no problems but I got a sunroof leaking like crazy and that's just normal? The seal around the glass is clearly worn out I poor a bottle of water on the roof and it comes right in the car that's a very clear leak they do have drains but the seal must be leaking for the water to hit the drain I'm just really not understanding how a dealership thinks this is normal why would a rubber seal be there possibly to keep water out? until the rubber fails than you replace it orr in this case I'm just supposed to let it leak extremely confused with the last visit be nice to talk to a person in real life about it it's easy to see takes 1 min to visually see the issue and now I'm paying to have my sunroof serviced but shes still leaking it's like turning the tap on low that's not normal wheather drains are backed up or not water is still entering the car at an alarming rate with just a light rain I gotta tarp my car when it really rains not sure what to do now youguys were always the ones to fix my car issues this makes me a little worried and if the seal is letting pine needles in to clog a drain it sure must be letting tons of water in too with those pine needles ???? I mean very clearly the seal has seen better days

I will never deal with this company again . They added on a couple thousand dollars of extra charges onto the sale of the vehicle hoping I wouldn’t notice . My mother had died a couple of days before so I assume they thought I just wouldn’t notice . What a joke !!! And one of my employees had a big issue with a horrible rust proofing incident at this dealership as well! Further to this transaction the company is more of a joke ! The salesman admitted he had screwed up and would refund the money - now they wont even return my phone calls !

Travis went above and beyond many times in coping working around our work schedules and stayed late every time it was required without complaining. One thing that particularly impressed me was the usual dealer make you wait needlessly while you arrange a deal and having two impatient children getting bored quick. That never happened with the wifi area and Travis adding all the discounts applicable to far surpass any other dealer we went to cutting down on all that wait time from other dealers. great job Travis and Bourgeois..

Took my custom 2009 F-150 for a oil change and oil dip stick replacement. My truck is completely painted with armor guard bed liner paint. Spent over $40000 in replacing and customing the truck in two years. So yes I do care about my vehicle! As my daughter and I sat outside for over a hour while the dealership was doing a oil change. In which we had an appointment for. We watched many employees drive customers vehicles around the lot while removing there face mask. Not cool. Last I checked Covid-19 is still around. We also watch a few mechanics pull out the vehicles from the shop. As they walked right passed us we could clearly see that there hands where completely dirty, greasy, and dripping with oil. I guess that there is no Covid-19 protocols in place. They clearly displayed a true lack of respect for customers vehicles. Watch a few employees drive around the car lot and cross the road to the other car lot while employees where sitting on the back of the tailgate. (I guess that they are aloud to break the law) As I was paying for my oil change. I was told that my truck needed a bunch of rear axle work. And that my drive shaft needed attention. So I asked the mechanic and the service person what needs to be done to the truck.They completely lied about the recommended work. I told them that they should have checked my vehicles history before the tried to lie to me. They would have seen that all the work they where recommending was already done by them. They quickly changed there mind and told me that the recommended work was based on the vehicles mileage. So it tell me that they are clearly reading there recommend work for a book. How nice. Paid a got out of there as quickly as I could because figured they would try to charge me for breathing air. Got home notice oil on the hood, grill and passengers front fender. Split oil and finger prints. Even the mileage reminder sticker has oil finger prints on it. I have pictures. But better is this is all on the security system of the dealership. Called to complain and still waiting for the service manager to return my call. 3 days ago. I was interested in purchasing a new electric f-150 and a mustang ev for my daughter. It will definitely not be from this dealership. In fact this is even pushing to go buy GM Hummer Ev and a Tesla car for my daughter. I also have complained to ford Canada. I wouldn't even recommend this dealership to people I hate.

Have used them for parts for many years. Compared to other repair shops I have been to they have yet to steer me wrong. They called to let me know that a tie rod end and control arm were bad and gave me exactly what it was going to cost for each. I have them the go ahead and they still had the car fully done same day. Always a pleasant experience whether it is parts, service, or quick lane. I have not purchased a vehicle from the dealership yet but they are going to be the first place I go when that time comes in the next year or so. Just saving up as much as we can and while one of our current vehicles is dying. I have only had one poor experience with service about 15 years ago but that was mainly due to a lack of available parts and some communication from both sides.

Update, my truck has a leak in the rear axle beside the differential housing, it's the result of a bad weld. I noticed it at 35000km when changing the oil, upon further investigation I found that the rear axle was very low on fluid. I took the truck to Bourgeois to have a leaky rear shock replaced under warranty and the block heater cord and I told them about the leak. After being told twice on the phone that there was no leak, the Tech found the wet spot on the axle. I was informed that this wasn't actually a leak, it was a seep. If oil is getting out then water will get in. Bourgeois says this isn't a warranty issue but that they'll plug the "seep" at their cost and spray asphalt sealant over it. When I said that I'd rather plug it myself I was told that this would void the warranty. Not sure what warranty I would void since there apparently is none on a leaky rear axle, oops I mean a "Seepy" rear axle. I'm done with Bourgeois. This isn't the first or even the second problem that I've had with them. Maybe I'm too picky. November 15 2019 Bourgeois contacted me to ask if they could patch the hole by cleaning it out, welding it up, draining and refilling the diff and undercoating the axle. I still would have preferred a new axle and I would have preferred that they did this the first time I reported it to them. But I'm ok with the repair as they said they did it. I will check the diff oil again before the warranty is up to see if its dropped again and I'll check the weld job next time I have it up on my hoist changing the oil.

I'll start with saying that up until this point, I have been very happy with my service here. Jason was super friendly and helpful when I was deciding on a car to buy. Onto the Issue: I went to set up my appointment for a bearing replacement (loud humm on the driver side, rear wheel). I was told by the person behind the counter that I should also get a diagnostic with the repair, to make sure that the correct bearing is being replaced. I made the appointment without the diagnostic, relying on the sound of the wheel. I left and shortly after called to cancel my appointment. I felt like i was second guessing my choice after I was told a few times that the diagnostic was a good idea (sort of felt like I was being gaslighted). It was implied that if I don't get a diagnostic, that they will just go to work on the side that I stated in the report, and if it is wrong i'm out the labor and possibly the part (it would be put onto said side). Instead I took my car elsewhere where they look at the car before blindly going to work. The person at the place i ended up going to, told me he'll just check to make sure he's got the correct side once it's on the lift (no diagnostic fee). I have been to many other places for car work over the years (Ford in Wyoming, Kia in Durham, other various small mechanics) and never have I been told a diagnostic fee should be added along side the repair. I don't understand why Bourgeois' service department needs to add a fee to just look at the car if they are already being paid to fix it, I thought that was a given. For the record the diagnostic fee was going to be about $60, so not much. Repair without fee would have been about $420. I appreciate all the help I've had in this dealership before so thank you for that but, I don't think I'll be back

This review is not about the work that was performed on my vehicle. The work itself was very good. And perhaps that is the most important part. But, it was the lack of transparency and lack of customer care when dealing with my vehicle that causes the loss of two stars. My vehicle had significant damage as the result of an incident with a deer at the end of Oct. As the damage exceeded what I would want to pay out of pocket, I went thru insurance. They sent me to Bourgeois. Knowing I would be needing snow tires right on the heels of that I had been getting quotes for them. Bourgeois, while they had my vehicle, offered to quote me on tires. They never did even though it would have been very convenient to have them installed while they had my car. I purchased them elsewhere. Then, my insurance company told me on Nov 9th that all the parts for my car were available at Bourgeois and it should only be a week or so. After hearing nothing I followed up on the 20th of Nov and was told by the insurance company that Bourgeois needed one more integral part. That seemed off since they had indicated all parts were in on Nov 9th. But, such as it was, I needed to wait. In the end I finally received my car back the Dec 8th. When I went to pick up the vehicle the young lady behind the counter processed my deductible payment. Handed me my keys. But did not tell me where to get my car or how. She just stared at me. I had to ask her where to find my car. That was unusual. Two days later I went to have snow tires put on my vehicle, and my husband found a spare part for my wheel well, brand new labels and all from the car manufacturer in the trunk...disconcerting as I wasn't sure if it was an extra, or missing from the install! Turns out that MUST have been the part they had to wait on, as it was on where it was supposed to be - they lost it in the trunk of my car. The moral of the story for Bourgeois is I would simply have liked a straight, honest answer, and simply a call saying " hey, we thought we had this part and we don't or at least we can't find it - we are sorry for this very long delay!"

My husband took the vehicle for regular service as well as a leaking tire. During the service the tires were removed and according to the service sheet they were rotated and it was found that the valve stem was leaking, however when he got home and checked the pressure on the tires the tire with the problem was still low and in the same position. I had to return with the truck the next day and another problem was found with the tire and the explanation for not rotating the tires was that the better ones were on the rear so they did not change them. I accept that explanation but the service report should not say they were rotated. It should say they were removed so they can be checked again. Also, having to return because the tire was still leaking was inconvenient. All was eventually fixed.

I took my f150 in for an oil change and mentioned that I was having an issue with my windshield washers. Randy at the service desk told me that Ford had a fix for the problem and booked me in the next day. I took my truck in the next afternoon and they fixed the issue in about 20 minutes and I was on my way. I also am on the very long list of 2015 f150's to have my door locks repaired. We will see how long I have to wait for that. This particular issue is way overdue to be rectified.

After breaking down on the side of the highway halfway through a five hour drive, and calling the nearest Ford dealership to us at the time, the team at Bourgeois Ford in Midland took very good care of us. We were towed to them by Ford Roadside Service, including the boat we were towing. Bourgeois gave us a place to leave our boat, welcomed us and our lab, and proceeded to run diagnostics on our truck almost immediately. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating during our wait, even so far as suggesting hotels, restaurants and fishing spots should we decide to stay the night in town. . Within an hour they had found the problem and and had already tried to source the parts. The parts were not available unfortunately, and they recommended we return home because the problem with the truck could happen again. We took their advice and turned back. Chris Puddlecombe , the service advisor we dealt with, even took the time to call the next morning to check that we had made it back safely. By far, the best customer service we have ever received and would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

This is the worst dealership I have dealt with. This dealership is extremely chaotic and dishonest, making constant mistakes and trying to cover them up. It does not care about fair business practices or any customers’ interests at all! It put a false charge on my credit record for months and de-activated my plate without even telling me. Ford Canada sent me a letter apologizing for the dealership's mistake, but the dealership itself still hasn't changed its lies. I have proceeded with legal actions. Everyone who considers going to this dealership needs to reconsider!

My experience in my purchase of a 2016 Ford F150 Lariat was fantastic. I researched what I wanted to buy and visited Bourgois Motors a few times. The sales staff were friendly and very helpful. It was through discussion with these sales staff that I decided to order a new truck from the factory rather than taking one off the lot. The employees that I dealt with from Sales, Parts, Service and even the mechanic that worked on adding a few accessories to this new vehicle were above and beyond helpful, friendly, courteous and understanding. I now realize why people from all over Ontario and beyond come to Midland to make a deal with Bourgois. I am one very happy customer that fully intends to deal with them again if I am in the need for any new vehicle. Well it’s 2021 and I couldn’t refuse the offer on my 2016 F150 on trade to the new model. There appears to be a shortage of vehicles of all brands due to the chip supply issue. Luckily Bourgeois Ford is awaiting the F150 Platinum I wanted so as soon as it arrives in August I will be trading mine in. The sales staff (Jason) was great to deal with, fair, reliable and a pleasure to talk to. No pressure tactics and friendly. The demand for used trucks in the US made this deal unavoidable IMO.

There were some problems getting parts for dealer installed options on the truck which was attributed to the pandemic. If true, to be fair this was out of the dealerships control but the communication could have been better and impacted my overall experience which is why I gave 4 stars. My dealings with the salesman Jason and fiancé person Dan were positive and this is the dealership to go to if you’re looking for a Super Duty. Even though trucks that have sold remain on their website as inventory (which I get is a sales tactic, but is irritating) they still seem to carry more Super Duty inventory than most dealerships within a couple hours of the GTA. Overall, I’d buy another vehicle from them.

I bought a SUV 2 months ago and its supposed to be certified preowned, which they are suposed to do a more intense check on the veihicle. They never did an upgrade on my ford. I started having problem with the stereo and brought the truck to a ford dealer and they said that the system was way out of date. I also had to replace the 2 front windows motors because it was shaking when going down. Also, they are supposed to give the car with an oil change done, new air filter and new wipers. None of these were brand new. The air filter was very dirty. Overall, Salesreps were very friendly and helpful but, Service department was pretty much a ripoff. They didnot do their job at all. I will not recomend this place for service.

I recently took my Explorer in for an oil change and to have the winter tires installed. The reception was efficient, courteous and friendly. The front office was clean and well appointed. But customers should never be allowed to view the service bays. Dirty, disorganised, junk everywhere and staffed by characters apparently rehearsing for The Living Dead. While I have no specific reason to complain, the image has left me with nagging doubts about the quality of the workmanship.

He was also able to get me more money for my trade than any of the other local dealerships. I purchased a 2015 F150 from him, after I bought the truck I decided to put on a levelling kit. I dealt with Ryan for organizing my appointments and he was a key player in making sure everything went smoothly. When I got it installed it was not only done earlier than they told me but it was also $130 less than they quoted me. Very happy with the service from Travis but also the Bourgeois staff.

Buyer beware.. Went in on June 9th for the works and to have a grinding noise on the rear wheel checked out on my F-150. Turns out the right rear rear brake caliper was seized. They didn't have all the parts in stock to repair it that day. They gave me a quote of$1,366.93 to get it fixed. I was moving the next morning to Orillia so I chose to take it to Thor Motors on the 15th and they confirmed that the rotor was seized. They replaced the RR caliper, rear pads, and right rear rotor service and bleed for the grand total of $769.20 That's a savings of $597.73. Not all dealers up sale you for parts or service you don't need. Way to go Thor. It's worth the drive to Orillia.

I took my 2019 Ford F-150 for service due to inoperable radio and various lights in the dash indicating other issues. Truck was repaired quickly. Upon pickup and driving off the lot the radio quit working and lights had come back on. I returned the truck immediately. Bourgeois Ford called back within a few hours to advise rodents had entered the truck and chewed up wires. A nest was located with dead mice and pictures sent for my viewing. I was advised by Service unfortunately Ford will not cover repairs. Repairs were conducted professionally and with great care. Although costs for repairs were out of pocket the highly trained staff treated me with the upmost of respect. Thank You Bourgeois Ford.

I called and made an appointment for an oil change for Saturday at 9 a.m. I arrived at 8:45 to fill out the paperwork and drop my keys and the envelope in the slot. Then sat and waited for someone to come get my truck. I waited for a half an hour and then decided to go ask when my truck would be taken in, I was told by the service guy that they would get to me when they can, they had someone come in without an appointment with Tire troubles and they were in the shop. Shortly after that guy from the service department came out told me they didn't see the envelope with my keys. I had an appointment so I would have been in the computer and before you would take someone off the street, my thought was. think you check your computer and the envelopes slot to make sure no one else had an appointment. I waited for over an hour to get my oil change done with not so much as an apology for his mistake and my wait and being told will get you when we can, I had an appointment I shouldn't have to wait. I have bought an F-150, SUV and a Mustang from bourgeois, and I'm very pleased with the service from the owner Adam and from salesman Murray, but if this is the kind of service I get from the service department after making an appointment and still having to wait for over an hour to get my oil changed. I am not very happy with the service we got I got on Saturday, I take all my service needs too bourgeois but if this is the kind of service I get from the service department after being a loyal customer and recommending bourgeois services to many people, maybe it's time I take my service needs somewhere else.

Dash panel lights were lite up for 5 days, multiple problems,, This morning no problems,, told service I would come back and leave car running and give up my 09:30 appointment. 1/2 hour latter dash is lite up with problems again, drove straight to Ford with the 2013 Fusion , they did a computer scan, one trouble pointed to right wheel speed sensor, tech found defective wiring near wheel, probably a sqirrel or chipmunk, fixed and I was on my merry way,, great effort by all involved.

A little bit on the cold and damp side to have to sit outside while I waited for my car to be serviced. But that was due to the special measures in force due to the pandemic problem. I postponed some necessary work to be done. It can be done once the epidemic situation is cleared. One problem I had was when I used my wipers a few days later. The driver side wiper did not clear the windshield when I turned on the wipers. The hinge point that allows the wiper to sit tight against the glass was seized and did not allow the wiper to lay flat. It was a lucky situation in which the weather was not that bad and I was able to see my way to a garage where I asked for some white silicone spray to use on the wiper arm controls. The hinge points had not been lubricated. Nor had other parts that were marked on the service report as being done. I blame this to the added work necessary for the workers to be secure doing the pandemic problem. Otherwise I would have made it 5-star service - as it usually is. The reason why I went to Bourgeois Motors.

A pretty fair experience. Zero follow up after purchase. A huge mistake as far as I'm concerned, to building a relationship for a repeat customer. I asked for the scratches to be touched up, I ended up buying the touch up paint myself. They couldn't even put a set a of mats in. Sales rep Ryan 0 out of 5. I just got an oil change done on August 30th. I believe the advisor Devon Mills 5/5. Ryan failed to inform me that I had 8000 km before an oil change. Thank you Ryan for me paying for an oil change 3000 km prior to needing it. I most likely wouldn't buy a car from Bourgois again, or recommend them to anyone. I would however recommend visiting the quick lane to see Devon for service. On time appt, car wash and trusted service at the same price as the economy places. Just because someone spends $9000 cash on a used car doesn't mean you don't treat them like a valuable customer. I brought my truck in for an oil change and instead of the usual half hour, forty minutes it ended up being an hour and a half. I was told it was because I have the maintenance package but I have had the maintenance package on my last 2 vehicles and it has never taken that long. The truck went into the bay at 3:16 and it came out at 4:45. I have never waited that long before at Bourgeois motors. Hopefully next oil change is faster.

A few weeks ago the water pump went on my F 150 pick up while working in Midland. I managed to make it to Bourgeois Motors where I was informed that they were unable to locate a new pump. They were very helpful in renting me another form of transportation. Unfortunately it was a car and I was forced to leave my truck and work trailer full of tools at the shop for four days until I contacted Dan McGinnis at Bourgeois in Elmvale, who located me a loaner truck. Only then was I able to tow my tools to the job site after missing 2 and 1/2 days worth of work. if it wasn't for Dan I would have lost another day and a half of work.

Ford Canada has recently corrected the damage to my credit report, which lasted for five months because of your mistake, and sent apology letters to other credit bureaus and me. You also called OPP on us for a false allegation of fraud. The OPP was extremely polite and understanding. After knowing all the facts and all the proper contractual procedures we went through, they protected my family from your action leading to physical harm. As a loyal Ford customer for years, the only reason that I spent time writing comments is to warn everyone who wants to deal with this company to be extremely careful because it only has profits in mind, not the customer’s interests. I have learnt that lesson which costs me five months of torture, and I have started legal action against this company. I hope anyone else will not suffer the same harm as I did.

I had a very negative experience with Bourgeois Motors, and would not recommend their service department. I took my Explorer for service to change the oil, and check the AC. I was called and told that my vehicle was on its last legs and the technician didn't "know how far to go". I was advised I needed a new tierod, which would be $600, including labour. I was also advised that my brakes were rotten. After not having Bourgeois complete these repairs, I was charged over $350 for an oil change and to check, but not fix my AC, which apparently included a $200 charge just to look at the AC! A second opinion of the repairs Bourgeois said were needed resulted in the discovery that the brakes only had 1/18th of an inch wear on them, and the tierod was not in imminent danger of breaking. To be proactive, I had the tierod changed elsewhere. The cost of the part was $28, including tax, and the repair, start to finish took 55 minutes. I had considered buying a new F150 from Bourgeois in Spring 2021, but they'll not get anymore of my business, that's for sure! I would have given zero stars to this review, but I was unable to post it without giving at least one.

Disappointing After-Sales Service. I preordered a 2021 F150 Lariat Sport and was excited to hear when it finally arrived. Within seconds of taking a look I found a large stone chip on the side of the truck that was noticeable from 10' away that must have occurred during transit to the dealership. Was surprised that this was not taken care of during PDI but was even more surprised to hear that my sales rep wanted to touch up with a colour pen. I explained that I was going to get the body ceramic coated to protect my brand new vehicle and the service manager offered to repair the chip. I returned later in the week to drop off my truck for repair and was given a vehicle to drive that didn't have enough gas to make it home. When dropping off the vehicle I mentioned the tailgate didn't seem to be operating properly and also asked about purchasing an accessory. When my vehicle was ready a few days later no one could tell me if the tailgate was looked at no word on the accessory. My rep never called to see if all was good and if I was satisfied with the repair. Soon after, I noticed the alignment on my passenger door was noticeably off so I called in to discuss. When I did not get a response I sent an email to my rep along with pictures to show my concern. I was told to contact the service manager and was given his number. I left a message with my concern and waited but never received a response. I then tracked down the service managers email and forwarded along my original email with pictures. This dates back to April 1st and I still have not received a response. I have reached out to my sales rep to let him know I have been waiting for 7 weeks and once again waiting to hear back. If a rock chip and misalignment on a door are not caught during PDI and are very obvious, what was missed that it not as obvious? I have avoided posting a review for the past two months hoping we could get things resolved. Very frustrating when no one seems to be concerned with post sales support. I have purchased 3 new F150's in the past 8 years and this was my 1st experience with Bourgeois. Was hoping for someone I can rely on. It doesn't appear that Bourgeois Motors is that dealership.

My first time at Bourgeois Ford since we are new to Midland was a good experience. Efficient plan in place for covid 19 safety too. The people I dealt with on the phone were very pleasant and helpful. I sat in the back of the shuttle to go home and back when my car was ready with a plexiglass shield in place. Dave the shuttle driver was great , when I told him we were new to Midland he started telling me the best streets and points of interest along the way. Bourgeois is another thing to love about Midland! My second visit for a " the works" service was also a good experience. I had my truck oil sprayed the other day and before paying the bill I took a peek under the truck. Much to my surprise I noticed the job was poorly done with no oil on the body mounts and the majority of the frame rails. I approached Randy and had his guy had a look to confirm the truck would need to be resprayed.The second spray was very well done and I was happy other than the fact that they were told not to wash the truck after the spray. They forgot about that customer request and washed it anyways.

We have owned Ford vehicles for years and actually qualify for Ford pricing due to family members who worked at Ford. However the service at this dealership is questionable? My Husband went in to get some prices on a new 2020 escape. Trade in value given to us was about 3000 off from GM. The salesmen was going to look into that and get back to us with some pricing and final trade in offer. That was 3 days ago. Needless to say this is now the second time buying a GM product since moving to this area.

We were very happy with our salesman, Murray Neal, as even from the first conversation over the phone he was going the extra step to help us find the right vehicle. The other Ford dealerships that we went to were never as helpful. Parts ordered a replacement and when I brought it back for installation they found that the wrong part had been ordered. I was informed on how to operate the tailgate in the interim - nice touch. We have been very happy with the staff at Bourgeois. The service is very good. We purchased a used truck. We did have to go back twice for 2 different issues. The back up sensors were not working, then later we noticed the emergency brake wasn't adjusted so it wouldn't hold. These items were both fixed, however we also mentioned when we were there the second time that there is a vibration when first pulling away and turning but we were told there was nothing wrong with it, everything seemed tight. The vibration is still happening, doing it since we bought it. Overall our experience has been good.
