Worst experience we’ve ever dealt with buying a vehicle, put a deposit on a vehicle that wasn’t able to be sold to us due to neglected work from the dealer they were receiving it from. Inquired about multiple other vehicles but they “had deposits on them” yet whenever we received our vehicle I inquired at those dealers and they never had a deposit on any of the vehicles. We asked for all weather mats which we never received, we had 2 chips in our windshield, the rear bumper had paint chips all over it and the rear quarter panel had a dent in it. Only thing they’re willing to fix is the windshield whenever they never disclosed any of this information prior to delivering it to us in another province and tried to tell us they didn’t see the paint chips on the bumper below the tailgate…. It’s a white vehicle and they’re black marks all under the tailgate, I find that hard to believe. If I could rate this a 0 I would as I’ve worked in dealerships before and this was absolutely mind blowing the sale/service/vehicle condition and willing not to resolve any of it but the windshield. I’ll never refer someone to use this dealership.

I bought a new to me, 2019 Hyundai Elantra GT on Friday and I just wanted to say thank you so much to Kaylee and Johnny. Kaylee made this an amazing experience. She worked with me to get me what I wanted for what I could afford. I had a terrible experience with an Oregans dealer back in January who made me so stressed and nervous that I ended up walking away. Kaylee at Steele made it happen. She was never negative and ALWAYS had my best interest at heart. I cannot say enough great things about her. She was quick, reliable and dependable. Johnny, I met the day I came to look at the car after I had already dealt with Kaylee. He was just as amazing. He was kind. Answered all of my questions. I then came to pick up the car (the night after viewing), I walked in and Johnny remembered me. After only meeting him for a brief amount of time the night before. I was impressed. He then helped me take things from the old car to the new and helped figure out the last little details of the car. I will forever do business here if it goes by this standard and I will forever refer business to this company. Thank you to all for making it so seamless, positive and not stressful!!! ????
