Called here I spoke with Rose was asking a couple questions about the services they provided. While I was on the phone a customer walked and Rose very rudely told me she didn't have time for this and hung up. When I called back to tell her how rude she was being that only made things worse, she started to yell at me in front of her customer and would not allow me to talk. Never had customer service like this, she need to upgrade her customer service skills before she decides to open her mouth again.

Got a loan, signed the paperwork etc and didn't get the email transfer

They dont listen.. they dont care for your family needs.. They cant tell you if your payment was made or went through when they should know these things.. they will take every last sent you have even when they know when you make payments.

Great customer service and fast approvals if you have everything in order. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with cash in hand.
