This guy charges more than brand new prices for used guitars one example is a USED hollow body washburn he is selling for $350. the NEW price for one is around $290. when I brought this up to him, he exclaimed rudely, "well I guess you're gonna buy one of those $290 ones." no interest in selling things at even semi-reasonable prices. As the other reviewers said, this place is a total rip-off.

False advertising, says they buy ANYTHING, i brought 100 items and not one of them they were interested in. Sick and tired of pawnshops claiming to buy anything and then when you make a trip out they dont even look at the stuff you bring. Ignorant and disgustingly dirty

I, myself, just bought a guitar there and I wish I knew the names of the two guys who helped me cause they were really nice. One of them has a big interest in guitars and we chatted for about 10 minutes before he and his boss gave me a great day on a guitar and case. Their stuff isnt pricey and the people are great! Definitely will be going back

A precarious firetrap filled with overpriced junk in dire condition. How this place is still in operation is a mystery, if you try to buy something the staff keep raising the price until you leave.

Doesn't have prices on any thing and than they get an attitude when you ask what the prices are..the good reviews on here have to be fake accounts or family because these guys are the rudest people in dartmouth and the biggest rip-offs around. when some thing in stores, new with warranty is 60 dollars you can't try selling a beat up one that you won't even prove to me that even works for 95 and if once i leave the store the item's can no longer be returned And than tell me to leave cause I say "oh" after you just try ripping me off. ....literally all I said was "oh" and he was like "well f'in leave now if you don't like it" I was like "but" and he cut me off and told me to leave

We went in to look at jewlery. I saw one ring and it was 100$ so i said no, and was going to keep looking at what they had. The man got mad and said if i think im going to find something for 20-30$ that its not going to happen. He was rude so we left. I had 1000$ in my purse to spend.

was a total rip off. sold an outboard motor that was garbage 1000.00$ to fix and wouldn't guarantee it at all. tired to bring it back and no go ripped off. it's all garbage. would never send my worst enemy there. rip rip rip

I just checked the reviews for this store after buying an epiphone guitar there and I must say that I had nothing but good service when I was shopping there. The staff brought out several different guitars and amps from the back room to show me until I was happy with one. Helpful staff and a lot more organized than it was in the past when I bought an amp there a few years ago. 4 stars for sure

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in looking for a couple power tools. After about 2 minutes another costumer comes in. I was told to leave the store because he only allows 5 people in at a time and didn’t think I was buying anything. Worst costumer service I’ve ever received anywhere

Wow.. no stars isn't an option? What a bunch of clowns. I go in to look at their guitars. I find a reasonably in shape 2001 MIM strat. With a price tag of $600. I asked them where they came up with the price. "Probably online" the guy behind the counter says. Then another fella chimes in about the EMG pickups... I let them know that that doesn't mean a lot and immediately I have 4 of them being foolishly confrontational. I got one guy telling me that it's definitely worth that while another guy is telling me THAT'S THE PRICE, and simultaneously, the guy behind the counter telling me it's not a negotiation if you don't like it get out. Literally just looking at the thing it's going to need a THOROUGH cleaning. A complete set-up, new strings. The neck relief was totally concave, which may not be easily adjusted. I would have been willing to negotiate but holy hell... That was literally one of the most insane experiences I've had dealing with a business. Yeah and I've been to Egypt. Guitar is probably worth $300 if one was willing to put the work in and knew what they were doing. Wow.. I'm still blown away. That was crazy.

The TV that I bought from them was such a good deal and the employees were all very nice. By far this pawn shop has the best customer service in the city! I don't even know what the other commenters are talking about, there was no smell or ANY LENSES. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone in need.

Even for Pawn shop standards- this place is the absolute worst ! I heard they have a tendency to not accept certain items ( even though they advertise otherwise) so I went in personally to ask about power tools. The “ owner ????????” says yes bring in power tools . We buy them in decent shape. I drove back home - came back with 2 power tools virtually in new condition a half hour later - then buddy says “ I told you we don’t buy unless they are at least 20 volt. “ ABSOLUTE BS LIE! . Don’t ever take your business to this ????????.

I walked in and apon entering the store I saw a large collection of games, blue-ray, tools and more interesting stuff then I could count, the customer services was excellent they seem to be having a fun time with there customers I would suggest this place to anyone looking for games, movies, tools, pay day loans and more
