Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life won’t let you borrow if you have another loan with a different company or have history of another loan with a different company completely ignorant staff

Outstanding accounts receivable are only settled by Cash4less via external service providers after months. E-mail contacts are rarely and almost always negatively responded, you should call, but the phone problem is not solved and the second call says that you still called. Catastrophe! (Original) So lange das Gerät funktioniert und man nicht nachfragen muss, oder es eine Störung gibt, so lange ist alles gut. Wenn man jedoch einen Ansprechpartner haben möchte, dann ist nur eine Hotline zur Verfügung, die völlig überlastet und zudem noch massiv inkompetent ist. Ausstehende Forderungen werden erst seitens Cash4less über externe Dienstleister nach Monaten beglichen. Auf Email-Kontakte wird kaum und fast immer abschlägig reagiert, man soll anrufen, jedoch wird teklefonsich das Pproblem nicht gelöst und beim zweiten Anruf heißt es, man hätte noch angerufen. Katastrophe!
