Guuuuuuys!!! I'm obsessed with my new car???? We traded in our 2012 Chevy Traverse for a 2018, and I am SO happy that we finally took the leap. My husband and I don't have the best credit, and Nicole was still able to lock us into a PRIME rate???? Not only that, but she was so communicative, patient and understanding of our hesitations. I told her our DREAM situation and vehicle (same car, but newer, and needed a certain amount of anchors etc) and she NAILED it!! She sent me full presentations on potential vehicles with pictures, info, etc and I didn't even have to leave my house. I could look in my own time, talk to my husband without pressure, and best of all.. NO SMARMY CAR SALESMAN!!! There wasn't deadlines that I had to decide by, no catches.. nothing. We got our SUV delivered last week with a full tank of gas, ready to go! We could not be happier. It's so nice to not have that burden weighing down on us of knowing we are being ripped off, but not knowing how to get out of it. If you've been putting off trying to get a lower interest rate, or getting a more reliable vehicle, send her a message. She doesn't make commission, so she didn't pressure us whatsoever, and it was such a great experience. Even if you're just curious on what she can do for you, like we were.

I had the worst experience possible. this company shouldn't even be on the market. these people are trying to trick you all the time. they claim to be the best, but they are the worst. they tried to sell me a car with an interest rate of 30%, and I got it with another company for 6.99%. I dealt with the following people Mikael, Jeff, Amanda and Evo, they say they will call you and they never call. and they don't care about the customer. DON'T BUY WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, AND THEY WILL TRY IN EVERY WAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR SITUATION.

I can’t say a single bad thing about this experience. I’m always used to buying my own cars used mostly private sales. I know a lot about cars and I usually do the repairs myself. I just got to a point where I didn’t want to worry about a car anymore and just get something reliable that I could connect my phone to. I randomly connected with them and Jeff helped me find something that was affordable and reliable to maintain. I did everything over the phone in about an hour and that evening the car was delivered to me fully detailed, inspected and oil changed. This was a premium service I had never experienced before and I don’t think I’m going anywhere else in the future for a car.

First I dealt with Ali and gave him all my financial info. He says I am approved and I ask for listings of what I can get. He promises them by end of day then stops replying. Next day I'm contacted by someone else from the same company starting from square one. I say I want to see listings first cause if they dont have a vehicle I want then why do all the financial stuff and have another inquiry on my credit. He says "we work backwards here". Next day Ricky messages me saying Ali no longer works there. He is sure they can find me something good but can't tell me what the interest rate is or what his fees are. I ask repeatedly for listings and he promises me them by end of day (we are not a week into the process). He asks me for all the info all over again despite be approved previously by same company. Now the same info isn't good enough and they want 12 months statements instead of just 3. Then their credit department can't understand how I can have 2 payroll deposits. I explain that I have 2 jobs but still they insist it must be a joint account, which it's not and the statements say that clearly. The bank account verification app they send me can't open one of my accounts. I again ask for listings and am told by Ricky that he has gone home but will come in tomorrow to send them if I feel it's important. I say yes it's important. isn't it the most important part? It is to me. Clearly not to them. It's now almost midnight and he hasn't sent me anything. Waste of almost 2 week of my time and who knows what they are doing with my financial info. These guys are slimey used car salesmen who only care about making a quick buck off people they can rope in with delays to get them invested and likely high fees that are hidden until the last minute. I told them to delete my info and cancel my application. Cut your losses and go elsewhere.

After 2 weeks these guys used every excuse possible until they claimed to lose my paperwork and have no record of this promise. They are a shady buisness and have no problem leaving you with no heat in the dead of winter.

First of all, they assigned a brand new hire to me and this individual was terribly equipped for the job. Poor communication, poor grasp of his role, that combined with poor supervision made for a terrible experience. They had asked me if I wanted to finance and I specifically said NO. Since I told them I wanted to lease, every conversation since had been about a lease. The agent delivering papers didn't say one word about the papers being a finance agreement which doesn't look good on them. They convinced me to get a vehicle I didn't want, to pay a down payment I couldn't afford and obtain a co-signer - all of which I have never had to do in the past - this is my 7th vehicle. Long story short, after papers were signed I had to find out after the fact that I had signed a finance agreement. The agreement looked like a lease. No surprise, after trying to resolve the matter they were hard to communicate with and even had a patronizing attitude. Even after the horrible treatment, I was willing to still give them my business if we could just redo this deal. Now I'm financing a vehicle I do not want and completely doesn't suit my needs with a co-signer (family member) on the hook. This has put me in very bad place financially especially considering the state of the world right now. Terrible service, careless company. DO NOT deal with them.

Wish I could give no stars for this place! This company doesn't know how to take "N-O!" For an answer! It first started with one person messaging me about cars that were in my price range (well kinda in my price range not really) and the customer service rep couldn't figure out what year one of the cars she was telling me about even was. She kept changing the year almost every time I spoke with her it was really strange. So I told her that I wasn't interested in the two cars that she had presented me with and that I was going to just keep on looking on my own and that I appreciated her help. She then decided to message me with other deals and I again said that I wasn't interested and it wasn't in my price range and that I was just going to keep on looking for myself. Now I've been getting messages from another representative because I guess all the customer service reps are working from home so they message you from their own personal cell phones or from different numbers every single time you get a message from them so I'm not really sure how this company has almost five stars when the service that I've been receiving is far below that. The funny thing is too is that when I initially started talking to a customer service rep she even told me that she would never force me to do anything or buy a car that I didn't want to buy, and that nobody would harass me or bother me if I said that I wasn't interested. This all started just because I was just inquiring about cars I wasn't looking for prices of cars I wasn't looking for a car I was just inquiring I wasn't looking to purchase. So I'm really confused as to why this company isn't taking no for an answer and keeps on messaging me almost every few days or every single week when I've said no that I'm no longer interested and that I'm not interested in buying a car through them. Like I said I even told them that the price ranges that they gave me were still too high for me and that I was going to still do research for myself and that I thanked them for their services and that I no longer needed them yet they still continue to message me. Very frustrating and confusing.

My vehicle is my livelihood, as I work multiple jobs and am a single mom. My credit isn't the greatest due to a property fire 5 years ago. I couldn't get financed through a dealership. He took the time to listen to my story, and helped me figure out how much I could afford first. Once the financing was in place, he gave me some options. I wasn’t sure what to think originally. After a little research I found out that we could take advantage of our good credit. I was contacted by Russell from Vancouver auto direct and was reassured. He talked me through the process, answered all my questions and kept great communication. I gave him my criteria of what I was looking for and thought to myself there is no way he will be able to come through. He manage to meet all of my demands. I was made an offer I could not refuse. There are a few minor issues still needing some addressing but Russell has it under control and keeping me informed and updated. I am not concerned this will not be fully taken care of. I am not a guy who likes to go into a dealership and negotiate a price for a new vehicle. I always feel like I got taken advantage of and paid more then I needed. Mr. Ryan Coleman of Vancouver Auto Credit helped me find the perfect car with a monthly payment that fits my budget. Ryan showed me he wants to help and care about me getting what I want. After back and forth texts and emails, we organized to have the car deliver to me this afternoon. There was a little bit of a mishap, the vehicle was late. I notified Ryan, and he immediately took action to find out where the car was. it turns out the delivery personnel did another pickup before delivering my vehicle. Salesman told me the winters they put on it for me cost $1300 but once I received the truck the tires turned out to be used with only 25% tread left. His response was well at least it has the snowflake on them. I like the truck but I won’t be dealing with Vancouver Auto Credit again

Extremely unhappy with my experience for a number of reasons: first I learn from the salesperson that she lied about my expenses on my credit application. Told the bank my rent was $200 a month when it is $975. When I questioned it she laughed and everyone does that otherwise they wouldn't be able to get cars financed. When I picked up the vehicle there there was an undisclosed crack in the front window (not seen until after I signed the papers) and there were no back seat headrests. I was told I would have them in a week. That was in November 2018. It's now June 2019 and I still don't have them despite multiple calls. I had to call her; not once did she call me to update me. When I did speak to my salesperson, all she had were excuses. Received a customer satisfaction call and when the person learned of my experience he said oh no that's not good and hung up! Finally, I ask for bi-monthly payments but the payments were set up as semi-monthly (and I confirmed they were bi-monthly before I signed) making my monthly payment more than the maximum I was willing to pay. Seems to me that once you have bought the car no effort goes into building any kind of customer relationship.

Worst Experience Buying a Vehicle we have ever had! When we first started the truck buying experience with Ryan & Blake it started with a lot of communication so that they could receive our business. They ensured us that they were open until late and could sign the deal at any time. Once we found a vehicle that we wanted, we signed for it and ensured it was ours. A couple days later he called and said the truck was sold. Disappointed and frustrated with this he continued to push vehicles that were not within our criteria until we found something that would work. He said he would check and make arrangements to get the truck rims painted black. The truck was delivered within a week and upon inspection of the truck there was 4000 more km than we were told, a passenger side mud flap was missing, front grill was broke, multiple dents on both sides of quarter panels, paint was wore off on the top of the tailgate. AND they delivered the truck on an empty tank of gas!! With all of our vehicles buying experiences at a dealership this would have never happened to us. Now after having the truck for a while ignition problems and driver side back door latch is broken. Seems like they were calling us every hour when they wanted our sale and were very friendly then and now when we follow up on items like confirming the cash back cheque amount we received, the fuel cheque that was suppose to come our way and the multiple problems with the vehicle and promise on the rims they don't want to deal with us anymore. They have said that things are moving slower because of covid which we understand but to receive hardly any care after is quite insulting. Only go with this dealership if you don't expect any follow up customer service after the sale and be careful with the type of vehicles that they send you. I would never recommend this online dealership.
