(Original) J'ai trouvé compliqué de trouver une information en lien avec une réclamation auto. Je ne peux pas accéder à mon dossier ni en obtenir le suivi. Du coup, ce sont 25 minutes que je sacrifie a écouter la musique d'attente au téléphone, pour finalement qu'on me dise que mon dossier n'a pas évolué depuis 3 semaines.. bof.
