I have been a customer of the Kitchener Cashmax on Weber St East for awhile now, and I was truly in awe from the very first visit. Their customer service is outstanding including the best management i have seen (Rene). Its always a pleasure dealing with them and thank you Rene and Shay for always making me laugh and making my day that much better. I would recommend Cashmax to everyone. Thanks!

I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. The two women that were on staff when I went were very judgmental and loud with it I could hear them talking about my banking account just because I didn't had money on the account for them to see, then one of them came over to me and ask me about another transaction that was on my bank account like if that was her business I had to ask her if it was her business. Why would I have money saving on my bank account and still go for a loan? Those two were unprofessional, judgmental and lack people skills they should not be working in a place like that further more this loan place needs to be close for the double standard they have when it comes to certain people (people that they think is not fit to do business with them). There are way better loan place like Cash Money, Cash 4 You and more that would give you a loan without being judgmental and basis.

Super bad here, I went in to get a loan and it’s like this chick didn’t want to work at all, she turned down so many people and was outright rude to others. Would definitely NOT recommend this place to other people.

Use to be great. But I needed a loan today and apparently their system is down... From some of these other reviews I'm thinking that's just what they are saying so they don't have to give out loans if they are closing

Great helpful staff. No waiting. They allow you to pay off loans in installments before the due date and will give you extra time to pay if something comes up. It is the best payday loan store I've used.

First time doing a Payday loan,I was very happy with the service that was provided.I called to get information that I needed so I could prepare myself,the lady that did my loan took the time and we talked like we knew each other for years,I paid off my loan but if I run into trouble again this is my first stop for sure. I would suggest this to anyone, call before going in so you don’t run in to the issue I had with not having all the proper documents the ladies were very kind in telling me things needed. Came back same day and was able to walk away with money. The women here are super friendly and love to joke around just sitting listening to them engage with regular customers was awesome. Made me feel like I made the right choice when coming here. I’ve never done anything like this so I’m very happy with the service given here.

It was one of my mistake day to go ask for loan, the ladies work there they don't how to respect people. I don't recommend people to go there. Those ladies working the shouldn't work there they need training how to respect people and good customers service. Very poor place.

Love this place the women that work here are so easy going and funny! If you go in with a positive attitude and are respectful they will treat you with respect and be caring. They have called to check up on me to make sure things are all right if I’m not in at my usual time. Always ask details of my life and always remember them! Would give them 100 stars if I could!! If you have a gmail account they kindly ask you for a review and I have no issue writing one either. And P.S when the other pay day companies wouldn’t relain to me because of holidays or whatever these guys always reloan no matter if your date fell on a holiday!!
