This winter was horrible for me, my car got stuck absolutely everywhere! We heard on the radio that no matter your credit rating Mitsubishi would get you in to a vehicle so in February we decided it was time to trade it in. The sales staff there are wonderful and did everything they could to accommodate us. We ended up buying a 2014 JEEP Wrangler. Fast forward one week....the doors are leaking. We take it to Mitsubishi to be repaired and all they did the first time was tighten the hinges. Next day one of the doors is still leaking so we took it back and the shoved a bunch of epoxy in to the door seal. Instead of doing their research and replacing the seals under warranty. After this we started taking it to dodge to honour the warranty and get it fixed properly. It has been in and out of the shop 8 time and still hasn't been fixed, apparently a common problem with the soft top, and Mitch and his team are not prepared to resolve this problem in any way shape or form. They have washed their hands of us. This is not the first vehicle I've purchased but it is the worst experience I've had!

You don't call , you don't write. You dumped me after I signed off on the used vehicle I purchased. Promises of a free oil change were mentioned as we were doing the deed. It's been almost a year and you've forgotten me. I thought dirty oil was only in Alberta but my vehicle had it too. Just like Donald Trump, I "drained the sump" of the filth. And just like Trump, i did it with out the help of Cranbrook Mitsubishi. They did rectify a problem the first two days I had it. The repair was done quickly.

I previously purchased a used car from this dealer and when I was ready to upgrade I mistakenly came back to the same dealership. I went looking on their website and found one that I fell completely in love with. Kevin still wasted my time with making me test drive it; even when I knew it was the right car for me. While he is a salesman he can sometimes be a little too pushy. They wasted my entire day with paperwork that should not have taken that long. Other people purchasing vehicles were in and out quick; but I spent almost my entire day there from 10am-5pm! Ridiculous! I will never purchase another vehicle from Mitsubishi ever again.

Very unhappy! I purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot off Cranbrook Mitsubishi. At first they were wonderful to deal with, excellent sales staff and very helpful. I drove my new vehicle away and within two weeks the steering was wobbling. I took it to my local dealership and they confirmed that the steering was off. I contact Mike and his team and have heard nothing back. I'm stuck with a vehicle that isn't safe to drive or I cant sell.

My best friend got a used Ford that was sold as a used unit. Most things are OK. Unfortunately there is an issue with a steady bearing that needs replacing. It has been told to me numerous times it’s a set of “cupped tires”. I even put the car on a hoist at Mitsubishi and observed/audibly heard a problem. The apprentice agreed. Now nothing has been addressed. The part was ordered to solve the situation... however things have yet to be repaired. I don’t need excuses... I prefer results.

Over promised and under delivered They definitely dropped the ball every step of the way. one example is we negotiated winter tires into the deal. They put on all terrain tires. Not a big deal, but when winter tires is in writing, then maybe that should be honoured? Phil is basically useless. He must work there on a voluntary basis because the quality of his work does not warrant payment of any type.

I purchased a used 2014 grand Cherokee from Mitsubishi in January. When I purchased it I asked about adding a winter tire package to it. I was told that I didn't need to do that as the tires on the jeep were fine and that they drove it to Canmore for their Christmas party through the Kootenay Park and tires were good. I took my jeep to a tire shop back home as I noticed my tires were bald. They told me that the tires were weathered and bald. Which resulted in me having to buy new tires for 1200.00 . I contacted Cranbrook Mitsubishi about this and they kept saying they would call me and talk to me and a week later I still have not heard anything after sending a few emails . Great customer service I would say....

I got a car from cranbrook Mitsubishi around 8 months ago. They called me to see if I wanted to upgrade. At the time I wasn't sure. I've always dealt with Phil and he's been nothing but amazing! Phil got back to me a couple weeks later as he knew I wanted out of the car I was in and was 100% willing to work with me and my budget to get me in the car I wanted.
