I called to get information, I found the person I spoke with, very rude, and not helpful at all, and they spoke too fast, to really understand what was being said. I was thinking about going there, then decided against it. I did not feel like they really wanted to talk to me.

Terrible , it's still the same , the women there is really rude , she doesnt let you talk , she talks over you when your explaining , and doesnt seem like she wants to her job

If I can rate it - 5 stars I would. The lady is super rude. Ive cashed a cheque there in the past, today I went after work and the lady told me she couldn't cash my cheque cause "head office closed my file" .. umm okay? I had proper I.d proper cheque not even opened or anything. SHE WAS JUST TO LAZY TO MAKE ME A NEW FILE..... super super rude too. I'm surprised she hasn't been fired.

Janet was very friendly and helpful will definitely go there for all my check cashing needs and tell my friends. Some banks hold checks for 5 days on deposit money tree is fair and reasonable. Keep up the great work Janet!!

VERY RUDE. SHORT HAIRED BLONDE WOMAN HAS A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The brunette was nice and helpful until the bigger blonde woman starts finding the most ridiculous things and doesn’t understand banking at all, talks over you, won’t let you speak and rolls her eyes all while you’re simply explaining things. “I WORKED AT A BANK I SHOULD KNOW” she yells. I was polite both times she requested ridiculous things be changed. After having every piece of correct information needed, due to her own principles and morals she did not want to be proved wrong and just pushed the paper work back under the glass. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. If that were an employee of mine she would’ve been FIRED immediately. Would NEVER recommend.

I have been going here for at least 4 years now & I just don't understand how an employer could keep around an employee who's constantly rude & short with customers!! Janet... You took this job knowing very well you would be dealing with customers on a regular basis, it's a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB!!!! If you can't deal with people everyday, then find another job!!!!!
