As a Mortgage Broker over the past many years, Premiere Mortgage has been an excellent option for clients who do not qualify for regular financing. Yes, the rates are higher than going to a regular bank, but there is a reason for that - they are taking a chance on clients that banks will not touch. Premiere can be a great "stepping stone" option to getting into a home, and then eventually qualifying to get a lower rate elsewhere. I track my mortgage clients closely, and have always had positive feedback, as it helped them achieve their goal of homeownership much sooner.

Very deceitful and greasy as possible. They try anything to add costs or fees to anything. Watch for their brokerage fees and final payments you could loose thousands. We had an open mortgage and they tried to force us to sign for more brokers fees. I would only use them for a last resort.

Do not use Premiere Mortgage for anything. All their interested in is taking your money. They will nickel and dime you anyway they can. Go elsewhere.
