i went with my frend there he uses a few of these places and had what he would normaly need at any outher loan place but that was not enough had to have 3 refrences they needed to talk to his boss tthe list went on for good 5 min of all the stuff requested just to borrow a small amount and the way she talked was so disrespectfull never seen the likes of it before hope to never again if i was you i take my biz anywhere else there 5 or 6 of these shops within walking distance and i shur anyone of them is better than this one

Best Cash place in town. There always friendly and greet you with a smile. They are always professional and quick to help you. They are never ignorant or degrading like the other cash places in Kamloops. Cash Stop loans is sorta like family, at least they have that feeling. 20 years i was with another cash place only to be treated like i scum. Thanks Cash Stop for your friendly-caring services.

Went in for a Western Union money transfer and the lady working had lost the WU information she so brilliantly kept on a Post It Note. When I asked if she would call her boss for the WU information she huffed a big "no" and proceeded to go on a rant about how it's her day off and she's not supposed to be there. Laziness at its finest.

The girlfriend met all the requirements to be approved for a payday loan in the end she was denied based on her relationship status and who she was dating this company is like loan sharks from the 80s I suggest you go to better companies like Money Mart cast now any other loan agencies this one is garbage the staff is rude and very unfriendly!
