Is there a zero star rating? Seriously! A normal 10~12 weeks tax review takes forever now - over 20 weeks. Calls arrives straight to busy tone after "a service representative will be with you shortly, please hold". What a fabulous change the new government brought in for us

I know its odd to google rate the CRA but this particular call center offers excellent customer service by knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant staff!

Listen guys, here's the deal. Newfies are really the nicest Canadians. Megan handled both my wife's and I's CRA Log in issues with enthusiasm and efficiency. After having tried CRA many times it was getting frustrating to call. She assured us that they are doing their best to help Canadians, & in that moment I realized again how fortunate we are to be here in this great country! ps She even mentioned something quite ingenious that Canadians were doing during Covid to reduce individual call wait times, they got together to do CRA Call pools with a few beers haha. Cheers

Terrible. Slow and can't even get through anymore . For more inconvenience u have to call Ontario now even though the maritime head office is nfld u now deal more than ever with a God dam language barrier between the call center and you. Sad is all
