My experience with Symple Loans has been just as the name suggests, the application process was extremely efficient and the customer service was excellent (I received a phone call only a minute after submitting a callback request through their website). The team was very accommodating and I would highly recommend them.

Online application was very easy! Had the money in my account in under 24 hours. Ongoing support has always been great! Only "issue" is that the online login portal is a bit clunky and slow to load, but really a non-issue as you don't login too often.

Absolutely bewildered to be knocked back on an application after being invited by email by Qantas Rewards & Symple Loans with a low interest offer for home improvements / renos which appeared enticing as it was a significantly better fixed rate in comparison to what our own banks could provide. Despite having a perfect credit score (rated as ‘excellent’), a professional F/T public sector job and additional source of income as a business owner you declined the application (despite supplementary documents being provided including positive BAS statements) at the proposed interest rate. What is concerning is your email offer of an alternate loan via your financial parent company Monevo at a higher interest rate in which you receive commission. Ultimately it appears you ‘lure’ customers in away from their own banks with such low rate offers which you knowingly cannot actually fulfil, and rather capitalise off commissions from referrals to your offshoot companies. Absolutely no integrity! Don’t waste your time

Amazing!! The personalized rate was just off the charts. Was quoted more than half the rate by other prime lenders. The speed and simplicity in end to end process was just "Symple". Special shout out to Darcy as he was very understanding and thoughtful throughout the process. If you'e looking for a Unsecured Personal Loan without being gouged by these so called "Top Tiered" Lenders, please look no further. These guys offer the rates we truly deserve. Cannot recommend enough and note that I've been working within the Finance Industry for over a decade now.
