not a good bank when you decide to travel and you need your money the most they decide to cancel your cards with out calling you now we stuck on the side of interstate in Alabama 5 hours away from home with 2 small kids thanks a lot spring valley

While Ive enjoyed Springs Valley bank for many years, they bave fallen behind. Employees are excellent, however online services are behind the times, lack of android services, we kept waiting and waiting for them to update but the final nail was only able to go two weeks back on transactions for a check we needed to see. E-Statements were Available but we were looking for specific information about the check only 14 days back.. After many issues we have begun our move and discovered sooo much we have been missing. SVBT is a great bank just really behind compared to others.

This place try to steal 50 dollars. I started and acc. with 295 dollars, and they took 50 dollars out of my new account how can that happen. I'm a 100% disabled army veteran and demanded the 50 dollars back and chad blessingser kick me out and give me 30 days to vacate my accounts tom herbig if I was u I take all your money out of this disgusting springs valley bank..
