Horrible compan to work with. Started off sounding great. Made it seem like I was goi g to get approved for a loan. Went through all of my info only to get offered a credit building program where I could pay them money to report to the credit bureau. After 10 times me declining and them telling me why I HAD to do this program I eventually had to hang up as they wouldn't take me no thank you not right now as an answer. Proceeded to belittle and insult me by telling me I don't understand and would not let me make a decision for myself. I would never recommend this company or service. They also told me I couldn't be approved for anything anywhere else unless I used their program. I got approved for a major bank credit card. Thanks anyways. Worst experience ever! Stay away!

I was happy to hear that I had been approved.... Then when they told me the amount I had been approved for I was in Total shock! Even tho I didn't take the full amount I was approved for they didn't try to convince me I should take a larger loan than I wanted NOR that I could afford large payments than what I was comfortable... I truly felt like they were listening to what I said instead of trying to make a larger profit for their Employer! Everything was done online and over the phone. Once all the paperwork was finalized & signed they sent me an E-transfer for the loan amount & I received it quickly & within only a few hours of signing the final papers! The whole process was quick and I truly felt the loan agent saw ME and MY SITTUATION instead of seeing me as only the numbers of my credit score and financial situation ... It was a welcomed & REFRESHING change to dealing with banks and other loan companies when your credit is less than perfect ... I will definitely consider another loan from Spring Financial if/when the need arises!

They dont care about their customers. I applied and got on the phone with them. Told me they'll g et the financial advisor to call back within 20 minutes. What do you know? They NEVER did! I called again, told me he's busy and will call me back. DiDNT call back again! I wasted ALL day waiting because I desperately needed a loan and trusted them to help. And they've proven themselves not trustworthy. Stay away for your sanitys sake.

I just went through the painful experience with a representative on the phone. I completely understood everything she was saying and even told her so after she repeated herself over and over again trying to keep me on the phone. This is an aggressive sales tactic and I'd not wish it on anyone who has a brain. I'm 100% understanding of my credit position and that's why I'm looking for a loan, to build it. I would go out on a limb and say that no one actually ever gets a loan from this company and that they push their "Foundation" narrative on them and belittle them by saying that they don't understand and that they and only they can help them get their rating up. No, it's not the only way folks. It's ok to go this way but not the best, because you don't get the money they request on your behalf to even use to put towards earning more money. The more people sign on the more they will get put in their accounts to use to build themselves money. It's essentially the equivalent to a ponzy scheme but legal (for now) for some reason. The rep was super aggressive when I said I needed time, this is a red light folks. I'm sorry I let them use my information to run a credit score test.

I received an email from borrowel company suggesting that I give spring financial formerly known as ???????? Canada Drives to make a plan to correct my credit score. I was kinda hesitant but did some research and decided to give them a call. They were very friendly and knowledgeable with questions. We set up a payment plan and they even have a incentive for you. With no strings as long as you make your payments on time. My credit score has already gone up 8 points since our phone call. Horrible comlaany to deal with. My original loan was set on the opposite weeks off my pay by your team, when the withdrawals were made my account was put in overdraft causing more fees, I then called asked for it changed to my pay periods was assured it was..... Nope another payment however you took my son's birthday cake money. Called again told I was wrong and the payments were set to the days I called and had it changed..... Well now you took another one I have had a payment come out of my account 3 weeks in a row....... Crooks!!!!

This company gave me a loan strictly for the purpose of building credit. Not only did it drop my credit score over 100 points to get this loan I got a lemon vehicle nobody would touch or fix and was full of issues. Then it got stolen and totalled. Insurance covered a portion of the loan and now they want to take the pay out against my loan and damage my credit even more rather then letting me pay my payments and keep rebuilding the credit they damaged so badly. So in the end they DO NOT CARE about the customer or our credit. They only care about the money, greedy is all that is. I was a loyal customer for 3 years with NOT 1 SINGLE MISSED PAYMENT! and this is how they treat me. Go else where for your loans or you will regret it when anything happens. If I could post 0 stars I would. They now expect me to pay the remaining balance after they steal my money and damage my credit lol. They forget I had my vehicle stolen and I still made the payments even though I had no vehicle and nothing but a debt... explain to me how they can claim they care about the customer ????

Spring Financial contacted me about a credit rebuilding loan. After previously doing one for three months and having my credit score go up 50 points, I was interested. I was a little hesitant at first cause adding 50 dollars a month to my expenses a month wasn’t something I planned on doing that day. After speaking with Ray he said try it for a few months and see what the loan does for your credit score. He said once you reach prime you are able to loan from anyone at a much better interest rate then you would pay now. There is no fee to cancel. The customer service was great and I would highly recommend.

Very underhanded. They tell you that you are pre-qualified for a loan, make you sign an agreement, but in the end they say No to the loan and insist on you doing their credit-rebuilding plan. Now I have to phone in to cancel the agreement. The rep was deliberately trying to confuse me and then made it sound like I was being stupid. I see they have helped other people, which is great. But in my case it was just a bunch of baffle-gab. Be careful with these fast-talking sales people.

I was referred to spring financial and great introduction when call but once they transfer you to talk to a financial advisor i can tell that they are not professional. I mentioned several times i am not interested at the momen with the plan as have my new born babies crying and the advisor name Marc kept going on and on..i know thats his job to let me know but if 3 times i already mentioned my situation and why i cannot commit right now thats the main indicator to stop the call but he kept going on and on. Even mentioned that someone else just experienced a bad experience due to the plan to add points to his credit score and whn stopped he didn't get his money back. Spring financial should review how advisors should respect lifestyle of clients if not able to stay on the phone until the phone died.

I gave them all my information right up front, and they promised they could help me in my situation. They kept calling over and over to verify information during my working hours which I told them I would rather they not do. They called my employer who verified my info, they wanted a letter of employment from my other employer, which I did, and they said it looked great. After hours of back-and-forth over days, they said for me to call them back, and finally just said we can't help you. They will waste hours of your time and lie to your face over and over again. They seem to employ certain kinds of dim-witted individuals who ask you the same question 3 times in the same phone call. They employ incredibly dishonest salespeople, who will NOT treat you with respect. Skip this company if you need a loan.

Quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever be in contact with. Zero help and your credit has to be at max 800 or more to get any sort of funds. Definitely a warning to anyone down and out looking for a quick loan. This company discriminate against poor people with great credit balances. Do not go here.

No it wasn't a pay us first then you'll get your money thing. After a month of frustration in dealing with what ai considered an extremely unfair situation I wrote an account of my story with Spring Financial. I had really lost faith in their customer service and that was highlighted in my Google review. I even told one representative that I was going to publish a negative review and she basically laughed at me. Well someone over there did not think it was funny. The next night someone named Chris contacted and he could not have been more pleasant and professional. Within 1 hour Chris and a manager named Laura had appeased me beyond my expectation. My suggestion to anyone frustrated with this company is to ask for one of these two individuals. They restored my faith and I will consider using the company's services again in the future but only if I get to deal with Chris or Laura.
