I had to call because I have been off work due to the covid 19 pandemic waiting to get set up homebased. During this time my account was frozen and I had to uodate my banking information. I asked if there is something they can do to help even with one payment being moved to the end. Keep in mind they now know I have been without income. Apparently I am expected to catch up that one payment before they will even look at helping me, my payments are going increase and am expected to borrow money to catch up said payment. Do not get a loan here if you have any choice...which I didn't Response to Andrew's post "Was sold a junk car by harbour city automotive and the lender was lendcare.. after a week of having the car I realized how much was wrong with it after it wouldn't even start in -2 weather..contacted the dealership and they said they're not taking the car back and to contact lendcare. Once I did and told them I'm surrendering the car they said they can take the car but will sue for me the remaining balance. If I would have known I was getting a junk car I wouldn't have bothered. Both the dealership or lendcare could help me and not im stuck with a broken car in my driveway. Also I'm paying more interest than what the actual car is worth." Like many others due to Covid my situation has changed and I can no longer afford to keep up with my payments to Lendcare. When I seeked how I can surrender my vehicle they told me there is no surrendering only repossession. They will auction it off and I’ll be left paying the remainder. They will garnish my wages put holds on my account pretty much cripple me more then I already am. After the agent got a manager it got worst. Once she found out I was Indigenous person she immediately told me “go ask your chief and ask for money” To top it off once she found out I had children she told me “good, you should have family allowance” Signing with Lendcare is as close to signing with the devil as you can get.

We had a wonderful experience dealing with Leah Gagne about renewing our loan. What I thought would have been very stressful was actually the opposite. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! This is a classic LOAN SHARK!!!! Company doesn't help out with anything, VERY VERY unprofessional. Made my payment faithfully for 2.5 years and principal dropped minimally. So I asked to pay out the loan and the agent was rude and mad that I wanted to pay out my loan in full, I was trying to talk to the agent and he hung up on me so I had to phone back. So I Paid out the loan and asked for a release letter from them, I then had to wait on the phone, on hold for an hour to have another rude agent. Every time I called in they asked for my telephone number, give it to them (same phone number that was on the original loan documentation) and the rep says NOPE THAT NUMBER DOESN'T EXIST! But instead of changing the number that clearly was in their error, this company decides to condone rude comments and horrible customer service. You want to be a good company it should reflect in the way of customer service!! IF YOU HAVE OPTION STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! Ive dealt with a lot of loan companies and this Lendcare Is the absolute 100% without a shadow of a doubt the WORST!!!!

This company is falsifying contracts and adding charges after contract is signed. The calculate the amortization 2x of the agreed length of yor contract. Be careful! If you call and ask any questions they will unlawfully go into your account and take as much as they like. Do not use this company no matter what your needs are. If I don't get my documents that loan is paid in full National TV , and layers will be involved.

Worst experienced, never again. Missed my deadline for my loan few days because of this pandemic, $212 was deducted but because i am willing to pay the full amount despite i was laid off so i wont be paying interest, called and explained but received an answer that they can’t do anything, the worst part they took the full amount of $3800+ twice and expect me to understand, you people should also pay me interest daily as my money is sitting in your account. i only owe them 3,600 but the interest is $500 ( $212 was deducted last May 25 and paid in full on June 4 of 3,800+ ) Until now my money is not back.

So follow up to previous review of how brutal lendcare service is called to pay out my loan and cancel the warranty which I was told was insurance at time of purchase of it to cover loan if something happened to me told it non cancellable warranty on a snowmobile well why would I buy warranty on a brand new sled that has manufacturers warranty received no answer then told couldn’t cancel it so asked for my signed agreement to this warranty and a statement of what it allegedly covers received nothing called again a week later received nothing asked for a statement showing I paid off loan balance was told I’d have to call back in a week they couldn’t do it now why not on day loan is fully paid off was informed clerk wasn’t going to go back and forth on it with me that I could call back for it. I paid it off why do I have to wait for a letter they aren’t willing to wait for a payment. Worst service I’ve ever received they give you a run a round at every opportunity most likely hoping people will just get frustrated and just continue on. Reply to my loan said they didn’t jack up prices yet they did cause loan went up 50 dollars every 2 weeks and warranty or insurance or whatever hidden cost went up 40 they are legal con artists. Also said they would be in contact with me to discuss my review that also never happened another false promise from crooks.
They have helped me greatly in obtaining a loan. Yes I know I am paying high interest. That is no ones fault but my own. For giving myself a bad credit situation. I would give 5 stars but they had a mix up with someone else and got me confused in the process. But Cindy at extension 4106 was very good in resolving the issue and I am satisfied with the outcome. A deal with a car dealer went sour that leads to cancellation, Alyson, Brighton and Dave are to name a few that I have to bother every now and then but amidst the situation those people has kept their cool and professionalism towards answering all my inquiries- these are excellent persons to name a few at Len Care Inc. Actually most of the person behind the phone deserves praise except to the one named Imran, and I will say it again if whoever reading this review and happens to be greeted by a person named Imran hangup and call again for another CS to pickup the call. He immediately jump up to a conclusion and instead of helping out to de-escalate the situation he added fuel to the fire, Monday august 17, I made a lot of calls asking about a lot of stuff since it is my first time entering a contract for a car that eventually leads to me cancelling the deal which is not Lend Care's fault but since I am bound to them through financing agreement I have to call them up back and forth since I returned my car to the dealer but doing so still makes me liable to them. To my surprise this Imran person policed me and blame me for why did I not return the car a week ago and wait 11 days for me to decide, I don't know what to say as I was speechless imagine a rep who has no business or whatever you may want to relate it pointing his fingers at you that I should have returned the car a week ago. That was really rude and out of line, I immediately told him that a week is not enough for one to know the extent of how bad is the car as I told him that for the past 11 days I am discovering a lot of problem which makes me decide that I don't want to deal with that problem anymore. Frustrated and annoyed i still explain to him the situation and when he realized that he was wrong and I will keep on telling him what happen, for him to understand, he immediately made up a story that he has another caller on the other line and hung-up the phone without any second taught. I was thinking of taking out 1 star but for the sake of those people at Lend Care who manage to retain their composure and professionalism amidst a stressful and busy day I will not let this rotten employee ruin everything for them.

This is my 3rd loan with LendCare, and all my experiences with this company have been professional and positive. Keep up the good work team! Paid off the loan in full, in an attempt to get out of dealing with them, still had to pay them the almost 60% interest on the loan. Every attempt to contact them was somebody else every time. Every call ends with promises of documents proving that they were paid in full, right up until they denied ever having an account. And then left a negative review on personal credit score, claiming late payments, even though they have no evidence of this. Only in it for money. Preying on people trying to put their lives together as they are the most desperate and not look at these reviews, just promises of money. Side Note: Their responses here on google reviews is them focusing on their appearance of being competent. Every response they make is very automated. Please pay attention and don't pay them anything.
I was dealing with Sopan Pusparajah, a total pleasure to work with. I have had numerous difficulties over the past 13-14 months with Covid and employment issues including being totally desperate and thinking Bankruptcy was the only solution. Don't do it. Had a car loan through this company. Went good for a few months. They tried taking money in addition to my loan payment and not out of my account without contacting me. They tried 4 times. I occurred NSF fees with my bank and of course with them. The account suporvior was rude. Don't get a loan from is company.

They do not report to Equifax. As Equifax is the main provider of credit information to other lenders, this is a huge pitfall. If you're wanting your payment histories to show on both equifax and Transunion, I would look for another lender.
If you found yourself here there's a good chance you couldn't get approved with one of the big banks. My husband went to a local dealer that got him a loan here without reading through everything agreed to get a 13000 dollar car with 15000 interest. Rather than trying to help people they just take rob people in tough financial situations. Whenever you call for anything it's always "that's what you signed, it's your issue" it's best to avoid shady dealerships and their "approve anyone lenders".

Lendcare is a great company to work with. They were able to work with us so our family could get a trailer to enjoy the summers. They work with the client not against them. I have had the pleasure of working with Frank Irwin, he is an amazing customer service agent. He listens and helps you out especially when things get a little out of control with Covid. He is always responding to emails as fast as I send him one which sometimes is a lot lol. I recommend Frank and Lendcare for all your needs.
This is the worst company I have probably ever dealt with. I have had nothing but issues working with this company. The first issue started from the second payment we ever had. They told us they would take payments out every second Tuesday, which they did take the first payment out on a Tuesday, but they decided that they would change it to Mondays without our knowledge. So, given that we load the account with the amount we need on specific payment days, they pulled the payment a day early and then charged an NSF fee. so we thought, "fine whatever that's not a huge deal even though it was miscommunication on their part". Then the next payment came out the next week (a week early) but this time it was $100 more. We called and they said that they charge a 10% interest fee for every payment going forward after an nsf happens. when we spoke to the representative about it, she said that she would take off the extra 10% because it was their error but they would not backpay for the extra interest added on that payment. When the next payment came out it still had the 10% interest on it so we gave it a few payments to see if they would reinstate the payments to the original amount as they said. Not only did they not lower them back but they continued to pull payments and reimburse them as if there was an NSF however there was always the proper amount in the account. Each time they did this charging an extra $50 nfs fee and then take the payment. We called AGAIN to figure out what was going on, and after dealing with an extremely rude representative that quite literally talked down to me and told me there was "no record of us calling the first time" she told me she would be "doing me a favour" and assured me yet again that they would be lowering it back to the initial payments. she then sent an email confirmation that that the interest rate had been reversed and that the next payment would be October 11. On October 4th they pulled another payment which resulted in another NSF fee applied. Not only was it a week earlier than the scheduled payment, the amount they took was also STILL including the interest. After calling yet again to speak to someone about the matter, the representative informed us that they get calls about the same issue multiple times a day. I'm not sure what kind of backward company this is but they're literally robbing us. I would strongly recommend against using lendcare for any of your financial needs because they clearly do not "care" about their customers and are finding ways to charge more. Not only did our $33,000 loan turn into a $68,000 loan somehow BEFORE they were charging the additional 10%, they also had no paperwork to show any sort of breakdown of payments with this applied interest. Basically all we have been paying is interest and nothing toward the actual loan. At this point, the interest costs more than the actual loan. This so so crooked and I'm VERY disappointed that this issue is still unresolved. Needless to say I will never work with this company again. Unless you want to lose thousands and thousands of dollars, I advise you look elsewhere.

Though the circumstances for my calling in to LendCare were unfortunate, I was lucky enough to speak to a great representative that made my experience fantastic. He was very helpful and engaging, and went above and beyond my expectations. He has kept in touch to keep me updated on the status of my file and will continue to make himself available to me should any issues arise. I am very satisfied with the service I have received and hope you have a similar positive experience.

After recent review of my credit report there is no tredline with showing balances or payment history. After asking the company they stated my transunion reports are up to date, which nothing shows. When I asked about transunion I got the response "LendCare’ s Management has taken a decision to report to TRANSUNION. I am unable to comment on anything relating to Equifax." I was sold and financed a vehicle at a high interest rate as being the only way to rebuild my credit. So after a year of on time payments and the assumption of building credit paying high interest it hasn't impacted my credit in anyway. Although they choose to not report to equifax, I'm sure if someone missed a payment or defaulted on their loan they would be quick to mention it on their credit report. So if you are financing a vehicle with the intentions to repair ir build your credit I wouldn't recommend lendcare.
Be Aware of this Company, They Will Rip you Off!!! They Increase Payments Without Letting Us Know and when I call them to ask They can’t even Explain me why ??? Customers Service are Rude and Does not know what their doing!!! The Contract that I sign is on the picture and now they are charging me added 5 dollars amounting to $149.40 without even telling or explaining why and why??? This is by far the worst lending company that I have dealt with in my time of financing. They are extremely hard to work with, they seem to withdrawal payments when they feel the need to, they don't keep the arrangements that are made, the customer reps are rude, the interest is also extremely high, and are not in anyway willing to work through solutions with you. Please beware and re-think before deciding before you agree to get financing from them.
I borrowed 10.000 for a boat, they charged me in fine print 5000 for the loan, total owing 15.000 on a 10.000 loan!!!! Stay far far far away from these crooks! Either find a better lender, or simply go without! I regret this decision with every ounce of my being!!!!!!!

I called in today to ask what is my full balance coz I’m planning to pay it off. Bought a Rainbow Vacuum through this financial institution, love my vacuum but realized that I’m paying very high interest rate. Anyway, I wanted to leave this review specifically for the Customer Service representatives. First, I got hung up on. And I called again. The lady rep answered. Asked for my balance again, i just happened to mention that I got hung up on. Instead of apologizing given that I am still a customer and she didn’t even know how it happened, instead she said, “ are you sure you got hung up on? Or maybe you disconnected the call? “ I was like, seriously?! I noticed even when they ask for account / personal information, not even a please and thank you. You guys are working with people living in Canada, a country that is known to be having the most polite people in the world. Customer Service needs a serious improvement. It’s another smart and simple strategy to attract more customers to keep your company growing in case you are not aware of it.

Lendcare is actually one of the worst in customer satisfaction. I've never seen something like it. The way they treat customers, just prove that are about only your money. It may looks like they are listening, at the end of the day, it's not. If I had to advise anyone, even for a lower rates, don't deal with this company.
If you bounce a payment they take 75 for NSF, which is a waste of money for me and free money for them. I begged them to at least put 75 towards my principal during these tough covid times. Frankly, they are uncomapassionte money hungry lenders who really don't give care.
I like everyone is suffering the effects of this pandemic. However, I have been trying to find out why Lendcare has pulled from my account several times before the agreed upon date. Everytime I get penalized a $45 from my bank and Lendcare. I can afford this. Everytime I explained this, they give me the absentminded agreement and say they just need to pay. Meanwhile I am broke. Tried to explain and now one listens. Now I am getting repeated harrassment calls for a payment. I can not make anymore agreement it cost too much and I am still in the hole. I am a single parent of 5 children and I feel like they are taking advantage of me alot!

A case of the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Was paying a loan for just over 72 dollars a month. Then I was charged over 174 dollars this month. Called up and asked what was happening. They said it was the last payment. Next day another payment comes out just over 81 dollars. That was my grocery money. So I called up and again told this was my last payment. In the meantime my son and I have no money for groceries until the middle of the month.

LendDONTcare! Paid my loan off Sept29, resulting in a credit balance. Called mid October to inquire and promised a refund into my account in 5-10 business days…well here we are Nov12 and no refund. Despite calls and emails from me I just get the run around. Also in yr 2 of my loan I had a personal family tragedy. In the chaos I deposited my car payment into the wrong account…didn’t realize until the bank nsf came in…I called and provided bank statements showing the money was in the ank but wrong account ask for leniency due to death in family…they didn’t care, instead increased my monthly payments for six months as penalty. At the end of six months I had to call twice to get back to my original loan payment When I called earlier this year to check the balance they said “oh we never charged you the nsf fee from 3yrs ago so we’ll charge you $75 now.” DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CAR LOAN.
I have paid my loan in full amount in May 2020, a month ahead before loan kicks in to avoid any interests. BUT TO MY SURPRISED, TODAY, THEY TOOK OUT MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT!!! I CALLED AND THEY SAY THE PERSON WHO I SPOKE TO FORGOT TO PLACE IT INTO INVOICE THEN IT WILL TAKE 8 TO 9 DAYS TO REFUND MY MONEY.... HOPEFULLY IT WILL NOT TAKE LONGER THAN THAT !!! PLEASE DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY!

Worst place to have a loan. A year ago, my loan was $4500...I did 13months of paiements and call them today to pay off the loan... I own them $6400 loll. In top of that, because I want to pay it tomorrow and only can sent them by mail, I have to pay another 107$ monday and will give me back 6$ for credit. Never never ask them for a loan The cheque I received was 4500$, explain how my loan end up at more than 7200$ ????

I have been dealing with this people since March and i has been a nightmare. They take money whenever they want. I asked for proof of my payment schedule today and was told by a "boss" that it wasn't her job to make sure i have my payment schedule....uh yeah it is. I did miss a payment but when i asked to work something out they said they are going to shut off my vehicle and send a bailiff to collect it. I am not sure where in the legal code this is but I would love to see proof of this legality. the boss said i called her this morning and was rude... I was at work and don't even have a phone right now so i am not sure how that happened. I asked her multiple questions and was not getting a response but was getting talked over and demeaned repeatedly. I don't want to deal with this company anymore but i do not have a choice as my credit was ruined from my divorce. I have consulted a lawyer and he will be looking into the legality of all of this and already he said they can't take money out of your bank account without written notice. Doesn't matter if it was a missed payment or not. IT ILLEGAL to take money whenever you please. I put up with the higher interest rate and when I asked for compassion as I had a miscarriage this week, I literally got yelled at and hung up on. I am not sure how this is good customer service but I hope this gets read and someone can deal with this as right now it is unprofessional and i have emailed where i ask questions and don't get an answer to that question. I really hope you steer clear of this company if you have any other choice as I wouldn't wish this headache on anyone!!
I used Lendcare for the purchase of a holiday trailer in 2019, and today I have sold it the process to close everything up was great. Naomi, did absolutely everything to accommodate my needs in a very timely manner.
I was just speaking to David Ebenezer from LendCare. This company has some of the most outstanding customer service I have had the pleasure to experience ever. You can tell by the way a company treats a person over the phone, how they regard their customers. Sure it's a higher interest loan, but it's our personal responsibility as customers to read and understand what we're getting into when we sign an agreement. They don't charge any fees or penalties for making extra payments to allow you to pay off your loan sooner. At a time when we had a need, LendCare was there to assist us, and they've been there each step of the way, with genuine compassion, understanding, and just old fashioned human decency no matter what the situation is. If ever in the future I find myself in the need of some company who offers the services that LendCare does, it is the company that I would want to be working with. Thank you LendCare for having such amazing people working for you that make your company one of the good ones. I hope that you treat them well and appreciate them, because many of your customers sure appreciate them.

This is one of the absolutely worst places for customer service and to do e business with PLEASE AVOID . There are other financial agencies that have well trained agents who will provide quality customer and financial service. It will not matter who you speak with regarding your requests.They are extremely rude ,abrupt and disrespectful to customers and poorly trained. YOU DO NOT MATTER TO THEM. I was with LendCare for 3 years and every time I called customer service I always felt disappointed and taken advantage of. The customer service representatives have no customer service skills at all. Until I got ahold of Naomi L. She was kind, personable, and I actually felt like she cared. I always felt so much better after we chatted. I am grateful to have chatted with her, but even more grateful I no longer have to deal with LendCare. Thank you Naomi, you’re a rockstar!!
I made arrangements to pay $200 every month. My account balance shows just over $3000 and yet one individual from the company says I owe just less than $6000. The company has also marked in my credit report that my last payment in February went unpaid. She also said if I had an issue that she would be able to move a payment which I had asked for and she never bothered to respond or move the payment. Luckily the issues with my paycheck I had were resolved on time to be able to make the payment.
Dealt with Jermaine K numerous times. He was insanely professional and always made my experiences great. He really shows compassion and a drive for his job. He deserves praise for how great he is.
We have had very positive interactions with Lendcare. Our financing was set up initially smoothly and efficiently. COVID caused some financial concerns and Lendcare worked with us to solve them. Sopan has been exceptionally helpful and has solved any issues I have present in a quick, efficient, respectful and courteous manner. I highly recommend them.
Naomi was very helpful, she answered all my questions and helped me set up a new form of payment, waiting period wasn't too long, if you are considering taking a loan I would recommend checking LendCare out, it's the second time I have taken a loan with them and I'm pretty pleased with their rates and flexible payments.

Hello , i’am a new customer that just bought a vehicle and LendCare is the company that gave me the loan for my car. I hope everything works out with this company and we can establish a reasonable relationship over the course of my loan. I’m only going to request one thing from LendCare. My biweekly payments come out on Tuesdays so I hope after I pay my first payment, I can call LendCare and tell them that Friday’s work best for me to make my biweekly payments to them. My dealership where I bought the car told me to call them after my first payment comes out and then mention this to them. They told me that won’t be a problem so I will call them after my first one comes out. Thanks.

Ok where to start i went for a $ 5500 loan at the time I got the money and when my paperwork came i had to pay back over 14000 over 5 years how can a loan company be so hard on a person to pay back 3 times the money then in the two years I traded my trailer in for a new one at the time I own 6500 on it so the bank bought them out then in the last two weeks they kept taking payments for my bank I call them and they told me they wasn't bought out they lie to me they even knew what bank was sent the money to them so people never get any loan for this company
Spoke to customer service/accounts wanting to pay my account off in full before the payment plan started. Great customer service & happy to hear that my account will be closed. Love not having a debt. This vacuum is life changing, by that I mean, our allergies are so much better now using this 2x a week. It really does filter out debris and airborne germs, the proof is in the container of water when you change it! I would most definitely recommend this product to friends, family! THANK YOU! I have to admit, things started off rather rocky. I felt I needed to reach out to a more experienced customer service representative and was fortunate to contact the company representative that responds to the reviews here on Google. I was quickly passed on to a supervisor who literally found and adjusted the discrepancy within 24 hours. There maybe an issue of training lower level staff but everyone has the chance to grow and improve. Thank you for putting my mind at rest.
I was speaking to Naomi about a situation that i had with my bank account. It was hacked. I decided to close my account resulting in my file having an nsf on it (75.00 charge) i spoke to Naomi about it and Lend care was great enough to take the fee out!! I would definitely recommend lend care to everyone. Great customer service.

On October 11, 2019 my wife and I called up the head office of the LendCare asking them the remaining amount to be paid out as of October 15, 2019. The personnel communicated the amount to my wife and informed her that the total paid out will be reflected in our bank on October 15, 2019. I've checked through the amount given and realized that the accrued interest for the remaining months which was 13 months before it matures were included. There was no benefit of paying earlier 13 months before because the accrued interest were also included in the earlier paidout. I've called up the LendCare office again and wanting to discuss with the manager on the error charged to our bank which he seemed didn't understand the concept. I explained to him that the paid out is overstated with the accrued interest. He got confused and insisted that, that is their way of charging which to me is a broad day light ripping off its customer with the wrong computation. It just shown to me that the manager is so ignorant how financing works. We would advice never use this financing company again in whatever financing plans in the future. October 23, 2019 - our response to the company's response below: Since I can't respond to your response below, I will add my comment here on your explanation. The early paid out that we made earlier had no benefits for us because the amount we paid out early is still the same total amount if we continue to pay the monthly payment till November 2020. So this is just to show that the amount we early paid out had included the accrued interest should we continue paying the balance monthly.

I would never recommend lend care to anyone, getting a loan from them is fine, but never take the extra insurance that they call and call and continue to bug you till you take the extra insurance. If you take the extra insurance from them on any vehicle, rather it's a car or bike or snowmobile, and if accidents happen and that vehicle is no longer driveable and your own insurance pays it off cause it's a write off, lend care still expects you to continue paying on that extra insurance coverage no matter what, as if it's your own fault that accidents happen. Why should you have to continue paying on something that you no longer have, due to fire or collision. They sure know how to screw people over that's for sure!
I really want to thank Michael B extension 4122 for being an asset to me and to lendcare. Covid has been awful and Michael helped get me and my wife through it, quite literally saving my credit rating from tanking. Lendcare is one of very few stand up companies to borrow from. Thanks Michael!!!!
This year has been a struggle financially for everyone, and the representative Sopan has been extremely helpful in alleviating some of that stress by understanding my situation. I recommend him highly as a Lendcare representative.
If I could give give zero stars i would, these people have absolutely no customer service skills. A man named Jermain threaten me by trying to use his name to intimidate me. I went through several representatives in the last 2 days and only one of them had any manners. This place is absolutely trash and complete theives at that. Avoid at all cost. Horrible horrible Horrible Horrible! EDIT : the response is about a payment problem HILARIOUS! I CONTACTED THEM TO GET PAYPOUT DOCUMENTS THAT I STILL HAVENT GOT! THIS IS A JOKE !. Im reporting them to the better business bureau.
Today I received a phone call from Brighton Sritharan one of the great Representatives at lincare everybody whom I've spoke with at this company has been great to deal with whether you're up whether you're down whether things are going well or not if there's an issue you call them they're glad and happy to help you unlike a lot of companies out there even if you're going through hard times they want to work with you they don't get cranky and and greedy and what have you they do everything they can for their customers thank you again for all your constant help

I have been with lendcare for almost 2 years during the pandemic my wife lost her job completely and my hours where cut back. We asked lendcare for a deferral for a few payments and while all of our other creditors gave us up to 6 months Lendcare gave us one they couldn't give us more due to it being an instalment loan. That being said our credit manager Rohan Sakura was able to help us out to try and get back on track .
Just recently acquired a loan with these good people. They even reduced my rate of interest. The person that got me the loan originally told me I had to make biweekly payments. But I was able to get a hold of a young lady by the name of TANISHA LA ROSE and she was able to make my payment monthly instead of bi-monthly which is the way I originally wanted to have it. I want to thank Lendcare for this opportunity and particularly Ms LA Rose for her help and getting this matter straightened out very quickly and efficiently

I will never ,ever deal with this company again,they try to take unauthorized payments out of your account which leads to nsf charges on both sides. They won't take payments tou try to make with credit cards. They charge you nsf fees without telling you when they try to take payments our of an account they know was closed.due to them trying to take out.unauthorized payments. They try everything in their power to cost tpu more and more ones. All this and my payments are always up to date. I can't believe they get away with the stealing and living they do. Very quick in the processing of my loan. There was a slight miscommunication with myself and a customer service rep and my payment schedule was messed up. James Harvey helped me rectify the situation and get back on track
Payed for warranty and loan protection. When called about buy out of loan was told to cancel warranty and would get refunded. Called about refund and was told I would not be getting one. So I payed $4100 on a warranty and will not receive any refund on unused portion of 119 payments. Nothing but thieves and liers.
I never do the feedback stuff because I believe your supposed to assist in excellent customer service experience in regards to customer service. That said; my customer assistance agent named LEAH GAGNE has repeatedly gone above and beyond month after month to see I can in fact make all payments month to month. Its been extremely stressless experience. My experience dealing with her has me now smiling just hearing her voice on the other end. This to me means everything. The agent I had before was downright rude and very un-flexible and treated and spoke to me as if I was a criminal who is asking to pay a portion today and the rest the following week. She said no way, your looking for the easy way by paying on other bills to exclude this and the way she said this was aggressive and rude directly in ways I had to tell her you cannot talk to me this way. Shes since been let go because of other complaints exactly like mine. I almost said keep the car i cannot take the stress of ever speaking with her again if I needed her assistance with arranging or rearranging pay periods that fit changes that occur or life circumstances that come up. Since then not only has my experience been just delightful and as easy as being honest and sticking to my agreements with LEAH GAGNE I know if I need assistance I will get it and will be as easy as ok no problem MR. Mayfield its set just call me if there any changes. Its extremely important that management of LENDCARE know who is giving service excellence so their agent knows they're being appreciated and acknowledged for their efforts. This agent LEAH GAGNE is one of a kind and I'm looking forward to the next few years reaching the goal of owning my car. Thank you LEAH GAGNE for such excellent customer service not just once or twice but every call or emails we make and bravo to LENDCARE for making such huge changes from the way they were 2 years ago to today and going forward! I really like this company. Every time I call (which is often lol) I get wonderful customer service. Cindy Stella in particular is outstanding and very informative. They may be a bit more expensive than others, but at least I know I can get the proper customer service and friendly service for all my needs and wants. For me it’s worth it. ????.

I have a atv loan with this company on mar 18th i had a payment come out during the world pandemic. I was off work low hours and trying to figure out finaces due to the pandemic. I missed a payment i called and explained why they didn't care. Not only is my interest on the loan 23.99 percent because of the missed payment they add 10 percent if u miss a payment so there for in this crisis the not only raised my payments they call me on march 25 2020 saying just would like to know are u paying the missed payment this week. Before all this i asked is there any way to not have this 10 percent added on they sayed sorry contract states this. This place is a joke they look at dollar signs do not take into consideration that millions of people are affected by this and they dont care they raised my payments during a lay off and continue to want money. Not make any attempt to compromise. Absolutely the worse finance company i have been with i do not recommend.
Great company to finance a vehicle through. Got behind a few times over the last year and both Dave and Naomi were very helpful in working with me to get caught up and still have use of my vehicle. Very much recommend Lendcare!!!!

Horrible experience from the very first payment. From miscommunication, to changing payment dates, to taking payments out when they weren’t supposed resulting in nsf fees (with no reimbursement btw). Bought out my loan on Nov 17th and had a credit of almost $200 that was supposed to be deposited within a week, waited two weeks - nothing. Called and they said “I needed to request it in order for it to be deposited” aka if you don’t request it they hold it and don’t tell you until you contact them. After being told it takes up to 10 days I waited and waited then called back probably around the 15th or 16th of December and was told the request was never processed so the gentleman I was speaking to said he would put a rush on it and it should be within my account in a maximum of 4 days. Well here I am, over a month later waiting for one little refund. They are quick to take money out of your account but not put back what they owe you. If I could give this company 0 stars then I would. Absolute disastrous experience. Highly would NOT recommend.
KUDOS to loan care specialist Michael Boscarino in the billing & collections department. He approached me actually listening to what I was saying. Instead of taking a punitive approach as the other reps I had the misery of speaking with had done, Michael instead offered to HELP me sort everything out. As an elder woman I am not as familiar with computers as I would like and so it was difficult to have payments started because of incorrect banking information the original sales agent had jotted down and I had no idea of how to correct. Michael has taken a human approach instead of an irritated not listening approach with this customer which I found so refreshing and helpful. I now have, thanks to him, my account set up correctly and payments can now be made on time. Maybe he should be a trainer on how to speak with customers to avoid numerous calls being made to customers resulting in screaming matches or hang ups . I highly recommend him. They lend me $3500, been paying $95 bi-weekly called them last month about my payout, my owing is still $3700, imagine i paid almost $7000 for 3 years and my owing is still higher than the amount that i borrowed from them. Just picture yourself if you're on my shoes, what would you feel?? Don't even think borrowing from this company, im sure you what will happen next, their customer service is good but the service.....
Stay away from LendCare. They ruined my credit score. I paid off my 3500.00 loan before it was due. But for some reason they reported 300.00 was unpaid. Months later I checked my credit and noticed this. My credit dropped from 780 to 619. Although they eventually reported it paid. They refused to fix it with the credit bureau.

While dealing with this company in general for deferral's not bad, everything was good till I asked them to move payment date to a week sooner on payday, they are now charging me 48 dollars more on my loan for 6 months, then my normal payments will resume.That is horrible.
Had a bank error (not in my favour) and had to speak with Annette in Customer service. She was very helpful and handled our issue efficiently and professionally. I appreciate her willingness to help and her kind manner.

Worst company ever!!! They wont accept deferrals at all. And will keep automatically withdrawing money from your account even though you called to make arrangements. I cant say anything good about this bloodsucking company.

It's too bad that when you pay your account off in full, they try to sneak 1 extra payment hoping you wont catch it. Then, you fight with them on the phone for weeks, trying to get that money back. But, they do it so often, the people in accounting can't keep up? 4 weeks, and still waiting for the $$$$ to be returned. I don't recommend this lending institution. Editing this comment now, in October 2020. Got that one payment back, 3 months ago. But, now I have non payment reports on my credit score from this company, stating that I am missing payments, 6 months after my account was paid in full, on time? Stay away from this lending institution. Edit November 5 2020 I have been notified by my financial institution, it may take 4 months for my credit to recover, from his company's mistakes. Edit December 2020 I have not had an account with these crooks for 6 months now. They just sent more non payment reports to the credit bureau. I'm thinking it may take a 3 hour drive to their office, and smashing someone's head through a wall, time in court, and some news publicity now?

Horrible financial company to deal with. Nishil and Bonabelle didn't have the knowledge to answer why 3 payments were taken in March. June 1 i called to see about a payment deferment because of COVID-19 and they would do it but I would have been penalized with a 10% rate increase. Then on June 8 they took two more payments. So when I called, nobody could tell me what or why they took unauthorized payments from my account and Bonabelle refused to transfer me to the accounting department as she would have to call them and told me to call back in a few days...unacceptable as I refuse to pay another nsf fee because I was lied to by a financial company representative on june 1. Not at all happy with the way lendcare is conducting their business and treating the customer.

I got a car loan with lend care Dec 2020 with a very high interest rate 49.99% or with a daily interest rate of 3.14$. its excessive and over priced. credit cards have an interest rate of 19%. I apricate them lending me the money but i will be avoiding them in the future. they offered no direct banking billing for me. only etranfers
Very rude customer service took about 20 minutes just to get my account number. I just wanted it to pay off my balance and he insisted I go to the bank to deposit the money into their bank account instead of sending a money order. Will never deal with theses people again.

I've been a client with LendCare for around a year now. Getting setup as a client was easy and The original representative was great. Unfortunately there customer service team I've since learned is not friendly at all and come across very rude. I guess like most financial services companies it's a coin toss as to if you will have a good experience.

I had an outstanding debt with LendCare because of some personal situation occurred with my income, and from day one Sopan Pusparajah ( a representative) was empathetic patient and understanding the whole time. Eventually I paid it if and Sopan went to bat for me to have my credit report corrected as well. It’s rare to find service like this but Sopan goes above and beyond. In an industry where you typically get bullied and threatened to pay back debts, Sopan treated me like a person the hole time.
I had a really bad experience whit this company last week. First, I called to lendcare and the customer service who attended to me was so rude, and impolite with me and didn't resolved my problem. The company charged two times the payment in the same week, and also they charged to me very high interest because I missed just one payment, finally, I paid all my loan with my credit card. I will pay less interest in my credit card that with this kind of companies. I never going to recommend this company to nobody. Thanks for stealing my money.
First of all is that they take advantage of people. More than 20% interest its basically rovery. I never miss a payment. I just called once in order to change my bank information and I wanted to ask for some more information about my credit (full report and others). Wile I was trying to explain myself I was interrupted and the guy just repited the same thing he told me. Really sad to have emails and not have even an initial greeting and a polite closure. They take a LOT from people, the less they can do its being polite. I'm looking to chance the company any suggestions will be much appreciated. I sent an email to talk to another person, they sent a reply saying that it will take 2 bussines days for someone to reach out to me.... it's been almost 2 weeks and nobody reach out yet. This is the service you will get just a joke coming for an informal abusing people.
I strongly would NOT recomment this company, high interest rate and very hard to deal with. When they financed my loan from a cookware company and after few years of paying it i decided to pay the balance in full directly through my bank BUT they still kept collecting biweekly payments. After knowing that i called and verify why???...the answer is because i did not call to inform them about paying in full. The lady told me that if i paid it in full it will go to their different account which doesn't make sense. So what happened is they reported it to TransUnion that it wasn't being paid then eventually been paid in full/writeoff. Totally sucks! It ruins my credit history because everytime the lender pulls out my credit history ???? boom! They thought that i have missed payments.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone was very very rude. They did not send me my ownership papers so I have been paying for a car for 2 months that I COULD BOT even drive. They didn’t offer to give me my money back. All they said was they are going to send it to my email and didn’t offer me anything else.

I've just turned 65 and need to pay off all my loans so I can live, My wife died last year and I needed a car quick. I went to the local dealer and found a reasonable car quick, I could have paid cash, or put it on my MC card. The dealer said they could finance the remainder, through their dealership, it works just like a credit at a lower rate. I went to pay it off today and the remaining 4500, on a $6,000 truck has ballooned to me owing them nearly $10,000 in 9mnths. The dealership claims ignorance and it isn't their problem that I didn't know to go and get them financing contract from the company they deal with? Isn't it required by Ontario law that they have to explain the financing agreement. Also how do they just get to add fee's to a piece of paper I've neither signed or seen until today. Total crooks, absolutely nothing is as it was explained, I have a bill of sale that states I put 2000 down and owe a remaining 4500 no 10,000 grand as they came up with today!

Lendcare is plan highway robbery borrow 8900 and in a month they told me it was 11000 I borrowed. Wanted to pay the loan off and now it's over 14000. They charge daily interest which is completely wrong.. I'm taking this loan to my lawyer and filed with the government.. Do not borrow from lendcare . They are very rude and don't care about you at all . When people are in a tight situation especially now with the pandemic . How can they justify completely screwing canadians.
