I admit that I'm 2 months behind on my bill, but to send someone to my HOUSE to harrass me, shocked me to my core, I mean, really, 2 months late and already sending someone to my HOUSE!?! Later the next day when I called to discuss the matter, the front desk woman (Paige) acted like she HATED her job. She had slurred speech and seemed irritated. The first thing she wanted was my phone number which I would not give them (I don't need someone harassing me on my phone when I'm WELL aware I'm late on my payments.) I then asked to speak to the manager about my account. She put me on hold and the manager (Jessica) answered the phone. How this woman became a manager I will NEVER know. There was NO politeness, no manners, whatsoever. I've worked in customer support and relations and the way she talked down to me was the most APPALLING phone call I've EVER had. She kept telling me I HAD to come into the office, which I then told her I would NOT be able to because we only have one car and my husband has my car. She then told me, she would put me down for coming in on Monday which I told her I couldn't do, then she said well we still have to "work the account". At this point I'm BEYOND mad. I told her she can put me down but Monday but I wouldn't be able to show up so it was pointless. I told her it was unacceptable that they were sending someone out to my house and she says "Its unacceptable not to pay your bill" ...mind you, I realize I'm behind on payments, but it's the way she said it (VERY RUDE) was what really took me over the edge. I've never in my life hung up on someone because I hate when people do that to me, but I did hang up on her and I'd do it again. The most UNPROFESSIONAL women in that office in Jasper, Alabama. Steer clear of that place is my advice.
