I adopted a dog from the previous owner and wanted to transfer his file from this hospital to the hospital in my home town. I don’t know who I was speaking with but he was incredibly rude. I told him I adopted my dog and wanted to transfer his file and he bluntly told me he was busy. I want to actually give zero stars because this place doesn’t deserve one. I spoke with the previous owner and she actually told me she had to transfer the dog out of this hospital also because of the same problem. Get it together!

Prices are alright, although I feel like the staff aren’t very friendly, they charged me $50 for a microchip and said that it was all set up for me when in fact you actually have to pay an extra hidden fee of $80 to the 3rd party manufacturer in order for the chip to work. They didn’t tell me about the hidden fee ahead of time and had me walk through the door thinking I had a working chip in my dog.. they said they had even it set up with my name and phone number, if I hadn’t researched the chip I never would have found out that it’s useless until I pay the $80. On top of that I had my dog spayed there and it was like an assembly line, one vet had done 9 spays/neuters in a row from 9Am to 4PM in the same day.. maybe that’s general practice but it somewhat put me off thinking about the level of care per each animal.. they have “spay days” where everyone shows up and drops off their animals for the surgery all at the same time at 9 AM, they do them all before 4PM. It just sounds wrong to me

Very new to this area, not impressed at all. The secretary was amazing, got me in the same day which was great. The vet on the other hand was awful, didn't LOOK at or touch my dogs wound. Paid 115$ for him to tell me to get my dog neutered because he "will be agressive because of his breed" super unimpressed and disappointed. Please note my dog wasn't barking, jumping, growling or anything of that nature. Wish I had of known ahead of time he didn't like big dogs would have went else where.

Terrible!! I'm from Sudbury and I unfortunately had to put my dog down at this veterinarian. The secretary was very rude over the phone with us and also in person. We had a very hard time saying goodbye to our furbaby. The veterinarian was very nice and compassionate, but his secretary/assistant was very bold and just matter of fact and didn't take into account of our feelings. Someone like this should not be dealing with pets. I've had the same vet in Sudbury for 15yrs my dog's whole life and they were amazing with us and him every single time we went in with him. Because we were out of town we had no choice but to bring him to Iroquois Falls, if it hadn't been an emergency we wouldn't have. We brought him back home to have him cremated Everyone at our veterinarian's were also broken hearted for our dog passing and came to love him as well,over the years. I was just very appalled and thrown back by this treatment.I highly do not recommend this veterinarian establishment to anyone.
