Never had any problems here the staff are always polite and smile and greet you in the main doors. Would be nice to have more people to serve you when paying bills because the lines tends to be long at times.

They will hold your direct deposits and tell you they aren't. I would not recommend this bank if you want your money on the day you are supposed to have it!
