Hands down this has to be the best car loan company in North America.... I know its a big claim, but being around the same industry and having being exposed to multiple Car Loan company, I have yet to find a company that was able to find miracles to get 5 of my referrals approved in less then 1 hour.... (specially that 4 out of 5 have been declined by multiple lenders) .... An absolute pleasure to deal with. Very courteous, professional and focus is on the needs of the customer. My wife and I were looking for a motorhome to do some extensive travelling in our retirement years ( once covid ends). We didn’t want to use our savings so Liam and Donna came up with a low interest plan with a low payment so our only worry is where to travel and not make sure money is there to make the payment. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with an employee named Bobby. I was sent here to get a vehicle financed however the vehicle was too old to proceed. Thus Bobby's uphill battle started. With in a day he had me approved for a loan...and within a week he had me in another ....newer vehicle....for a very minor increase in monthly payment. This company and specifically Bobby went to bat for me and hit a grand slam! I would definitely recommend this place to finance a veichle....and I definitely will return if and when the need arises.

OUTSTANDING Straight to the point. If you are looking to finance a boat/ATV/Snowmobile don't waste your time with your Bank. From initial connection (Donna) to execution (Peter) this was easily the most simple transaction I have ever been in-with rates that beat the bank (direct) There connection with financial institutions and knowledge of what they are financing is immediately evident. Follow up back and forth is essentially non stop (no vanishing at 4PM). I could easily have done this through my bank but there service of securing the best rate is clearly evident. If you have any concerns-don't. Highly Recommended.

Poor customer service. Helped my friend getting a vehicle (I was the cosigner) and they told me after one year of good payment I could call them back and they will help me through the procedures. I called multiple times but they kept turning me around saying at first they submitted a request while they didn't ( I called the bank) and when i reached out back to them another person answered and gave the email address of someone I have to write to. The guy in question never answered..

I stumbled accross this company as an ad on Google. I spoke with a lovely woman named Pam who was definitely very helpful, and made it sound like this company uses trusted lenders. Our credit score isn’t perfect, but it’s not bad. We have had no issues receiving approvals from major lenders in the past, and was honestly under the impression that we were dealing with more of the same. I truly didn’t realize that we would be falsely made to feel like all we can be approved for is sub-prime lending. Liam (finance manager) made it sound like the “big banks wouldn’t even look at us”, which seems odd since we just got a super fast approval elsewhere at 6% through a major lender. (This is also not a prime interest rate, but makes more logical sense to our actual situation). Through this company, we were quoted 15% (already that’s SO CRAZY), but in addition to that, all said and done our $30,500 loan would be fully repaid at a whopping 64,000 over a 10yr period- that’s actually over 100% interest, all said and done! 15% sounds like roses compared to the actual fine print that Liam didn’t bother explaining. Upon speaking with Liam, he didn’t sound professional whatsoever, and made us feel like we wouldn’t get approved by any major lender, and this was our only option. He also didn’t have the total repayment amount available “on hand”- absolute lies if you ask me. He likely just didn’t want to break down the numbers; something an unknowing person, or someone with bad credit who feels backed into a corner would be made to feel they have no choice but to except. This is a horrible way to do business- we wasted 3 days believing we were dealing with a reputable company and we come to find out we are dealing with sub-prime leaches. I am absolutely gassed. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!

Definitely great to see amazing reviews and I am sure they are great people, but in comparison to what others have experienced I have not been as lucky. I was given the time of day right away when I originally had asked for more information and wanted to move forward with either refinancing or trading in, and after two weeks I heard nothing even after trying to do a follow up. It has been three and I am still in the dark so I have to move on.
