This is a great company to deal with. Sometimes I just need a little extra funds to get by until next payday. The approval and verification process is fast and reliable, however, I wish they would consider Email Money Transfer option on a regular basis as it can take a while for our personal banks to deposit funds. With my bank it usually takes 24-48 for funds to show up in my account. Credit Club send the funds to the bank quickly tho. EMT would definitely be a better option as it's much quicker.

Made a loan application for $400 they counter offer $350 I refused to sign the contract they funded the money anyways without my concent

DO NOT GO WITH THESE SCAMMERS!! Didn't agree to loan and did not send back signed contract to them. They still insist a month later that I owe them money when they never even loaned me anything in the first place

WOW! LET JUST START WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. The representatives were super informative and helpful in regards to my request. They made me feel at ease and very comfortable with my million and one questions. They answered my e-mails very promptly and efficiently and were super patient with me over the phone. I feel very confident in my decision in picking them for a short -term loan. With Christmas time around the corner, I could not have asked for better service and was pleased in the amount I was approved for espcially that I am a first time customer. I received the money the SAME DAY I was approved. No credit checks or any of that! Thank you a million Credit Club! I will be refer you guys to every I know! You guys are amazing . Did I say thank you? Well, thank you again!!

Absolutely DO NOT use this company. They are a complete scam. They have debited my account for an unauthorized amount at an unauthorized time. I have a clear agreement on the website which they are trying to lie to me saying it is not accurate and what I was emailed is correct. When you call you are treated like complete garbage and hung up on by managers and supervisors. Choose any other loan company. I will personally give you the names of 4 amazing ones just for you to avoid this company. I will pursue it legally as the damage it causes was far worse than losing the money early. ****You do NOT respond to email, and your reps have hung up on me each time I've called. Your last one told me she was a supervisor. *****

What an awful place. I try to reloan and they tell me I can't have a loan cause my bank balance is you low. Is that not the point of getting a payday loan. Cause you need the extra cash. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. No understanding or compassion here not worth the frustration. So now cause they take what I owe and then won't allow me to reloan till they get confirmation yet they have access to my banking information. This place does not care about their clients and do not care of you suffer. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY WILL END UO LEAVING YOU HIGH AND DRY. Worst place ever.

This is the only payday loan company I will do business with, fast, easy and quick to respond. Usually takes me about 5-10mins to complete the application and i have a response to my loan request within an hour.

They don't do electronic email transfer even though they state they do. 30 seconds after signing contract, I asked for E-transfer and they replied 1 minute later saying the funds were already direct deposit. So if you need the day of applying it won't happen. Otherwise, they are ok

Applied for $100 loan for one day. 90 days of banking provided to the online system with more than $30,000 going through my account I had two nsf's and I was denied.

Service used to be A1. I often got the money I reapplied for before the money for the previous month was gone in my account. Now, they send you an email saying it is paid off, the application is saying "reapply now" and they reply, even if you see it gone in your account, that you have to wait 3 days until it clears. Used it to help my kids but trust me, I will find something else. They keep replying the same formatted answer like if I was talking to a computer....new staff? I don't know but the service and the way to answer are gone down the drain!

If I could give them a zero I would. They deposit your fund between 8pm and midnight they say, but you won't get them until midnight, so they can accumulate daily interest. If you make a request for an email transfer, they give you an excuse as to why, they can't send it.
