Le réservoir était rempli à moins de la moitié, alors j'ai payé pour le remplir. En arrivant à destination, on m'a chargé 100$ parce que ce n'était pas plein, mais il était plus qu'au 3 quarts. Très insultant d'avoir un réservoir vide, de le remplir et payer pour les autres. Mauvais services au bureau et au téléphone.

Excellent experience at this location. Steven is very professional and well spoken. Car was great and brand new! This was by far the best experience with a car rental I had up north (Yellowknife, Fort Simpson, Inuvik)

I was running very late for my flight out of Hay River. Gerry gave me a call to check in and make sure that I was on my way, he informed the airline that I was running late and asked them to wait for me, and he met me out in front of the terminal to make the car return as fast as possible. I don't think that I would have caught my flight without him going the extra mile for me. Overall it was a great experience!

Unfortunate thing was I forgot to fill the gas tank. They charged me $200 for just about 12 litres of fuel. I accepted the offer of sending the invoice by email. My fault, if I stayed there to get the receipt on the spot, I would have seen the fee and would have gone back and filled the tank. I was sitting in front of the manager, Steven more than 1 hour waiting for my flight, he should have informed me thar the tank was not full. Also they didn't honor the initial quote when I reserved the rental, which was way cheaper, with almost 10 hours extra on the initial reservation.

WATCH OUT!!! BIG SCAM! Was immediately charged the wrong amount when picking up the rental... My online reservation was for $170, I was charged $278. They updated the contract to state the correct amount, but never refunded the difference, stating that it is just a hold and won't be charged until returning the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, my card was charged over $600!! Have been contacting this location and customer service for a month now and finally received a response by phone from Budget North America Escalation - only to receive a final response email referring me that they can't help and I need to contact the counter at Jasper! Will be reporting this company and be disputing the charge elsewhere, hope no one else gets scammed like this by them!!

Useless. Don't try to book online, it will never turn into you getting a vehicle. Work booked me a rental here 3 times, complete with a confirmation number, and there is no one here, and no car. They drive in from town, and don't seem to spend much time at the airport. Sure, it's a small place but this couldn't be run any worse.

The phone is NEVER answered at this location. I spend all day calling villes more than 20 times!!!! And no one ever answered. Very disappointed

This place is hard to get hold of over the phone...no one answers. They charged me a weeks rental for a 2 day period....and now I can't get anyone to take a call. I will make it a point to rent from a different company when I am in town and have also notified our company to avoid using them.

Budget car rentals is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company or location to anyone. I rented a car early July 2018. The day after I returned the car, I realized I had left my bluetooth speaker in the vehicle (valued at $250). When contacting Budget regarding the speaker, they were less than helpful. They advised me that the vehicle had already been "cleaned" and nothing could be done as no items were "turned in". It is evident that one of Budget's employees stole the speaker and thus they were unwilling to address the situation properly.
