When I decided to sell my business, I had a loan with Thinking Capital. The buyer knew it and he was ready to endorse it (because you need to personally endorse the loan, even if you take the loan for a business). These guys are the biggest crooks on the street. You can get money from a loan shark at a better rate. They use pressure sales tactics and are extremely rude. They called me, harrassing me to take their loan even though our company does not need it and when we refused they started to insult us over the phone. Very unprofessional! If there is one thing that we do not lack of in north american it's financing options. I emplore you to look elsewhere and I can assure you that you will find money for your business under much better conditions! They actually told me that even if I could get money at a lower rate, it's not a big deal I should still take their offer because the difference after one year was only a few thousand dollars...
